This video was just uploaded 5days ago. You can imagine Accra is a slum, Tako-radi is a jungle of ugly Buldings and slums from CBD, now your tourists stronghold is a slum.
I'm tired nah
Ghana be village, waiting for 2050 to catch up with Kenya of 1980.... I pity you guys oooh
that is a construction site waiting for reclamation to be carried out for marine drive projects.
rvp2018: Took me sometimes to understand your source primitivity. Indirect colonial rule left you in the zoo like Nigeria. At least Kenya, Zim and South Africa we got more harsh coloniliasm but we also got to understand what standards and what class really is...because we had thousands of white folks settle among us.
I have been wondering for so long why Ghana and Nigeria look whack.
You actually have no standards to measure up to...this is good and bad thing with coloniliasm.
At least French colonies retain very high french class standard thanks to assimilation.
see how uncivilized kenya after years of colonialism has been left with terrible levels of extreme poverty.
you guys were left with no sense of how to make it in life
rvp2018: You country of primitive would never tell what class is or not. Kenya we are luckly because we had 100,000 British directly colonize and civilize us. Your indirect coloniliams left your primitives.
Now I understand the difference.
At least French colonies due to assimilation policy do have some CLASS. I see class in Senegal and Ivory coast.
Kenya has never been civilized
Even the Brits recognized us for how civilized and developed with already functioning governance structures before they came to our land.
They couldn't colonize us directly because we strongly rejected it and weren't lazy.
rvp2018: That is even worse - the design of the house first doesn't bring that breeze in - and worse by putting tarmac - when it get heated - it will be blown into your house - and you'll smell like used oil or burnt tires.
You need to train and import architects, designers and the works.
Take a look at this house - deceptive but very livable. This kind of word class properties you find in Europe.
leQubit: Ok bro, you have good life there... But a question Sir, how to do I get the value for my money by visiting Ghana..it looks so village like...am serious...
Ghana offers high-quality value for money in all stuff
When you ever leave Kenya, you will understand that
rvp2018: Again this crap. Too much white. This opposite of the other one with too many colour. You need to get interior designers in your country ASAP. Golden stool boy.
noise as usual
This is coming from a kid from a country where all their properties, interior and exterior are design without a sense of interior decor sense
rvp2018: What is relaxing about estate bereft of any trees or grass or greenery? What is relaxing about that house that very close to each other? When the Ghana heat - melt that tarmac - during daytime - your house will be smelling like burnt tires. There is a reason why cabro is preferred to tarmac.
The wow factor? Like how?
i guess you are blind
Boy, aint no tarmac melting here.
The strong winds that blows in that neighbourhood will even make you sleep
rvp2018: How many houses have you virtually entered in Karen Show an example of the one you found not be classy ; this coming from a west african is rich; or you want to see GOLD PLATED GOLDEN STOOL.
leQubit: Like i said bro tomatoes, potatoes..Maybe its a Ghana thing..your test if wacky...stuff ya posting here for normal folks..By the way why would a white dude travel all from Europe, spend over $2m for a low-income house..either ya trolling or you have a poor taste in nice things
Cause it's the only decent thing he can find in Kenya, else he will have to go and live in the slum apartments
The properties in Kenya are mostly low income housing by Ghanaian standard.
rvp2018: Okay we get it - you want a house estate with tarmac right to the door - not cabro (they are NOT bricks). There are many such although it's cabro are great for estates for many reason including slowing down cars.
