Secondly, The video you sent captured the beginning and ending of the elevated portion.

The total length of the entire road is supposed to be 27km, the elevated portion of it is less than 2km.

Only a delusional being will compare road length to buildings length, anyway, I will love to see a building 27km long in Kenya.

700 million is small money considering the Tema motorway entire redevelopment will cost 2 billion dollars.

That is what will crash the Kenyan economy, considering the fact that kenya is a poor country.
Here, 2 billion is pea nut.

Ghana's total revenue for 2021 is 16 billion dollars.

9700km of roads are being built and financed by Ghana Infrastructure fund and royalty fund.

These are expenditures that are not even part of Ghana 20 billion dollars budget.
