They intentionally signed huge contracts with few contractors and all the contracts are going on slowly, some even stalled right after the election. Kumasi and Eastern Region are the worst affected.

I dont know of any, that has stalled.

I just know that they are progressing at a very slow rate.

ACP Kwabenya road is all part of the project and the road has been tarred.
