rvp2018:
Ghana Gross Enrollment - as of 2013

Primary to Junior High - 82%
Junior to SS - 36% -
College - 2.7%

Kenya as I know

Primary to High school - 99%
High school to University - 25% - roughly 125,000 students out of 480K qualify to join university under public scholarship

High school to TIVET/TTCs/MTC - take cares of nearly the rest of them.
keep pulling stats out of your but hole to make you feel good about your countries mediocrity

41K>900 secondary schools - Double Track smiley. How big can a secondary school for that kind of ratio.

It's like 1 senior secondary school for 15 junior secondary schools. Let me ignore the nonsense that primary school and junior secondary are the same.

That is crazy - it mean if every Junior sec schools has 500-1000 kids - then your senior secondary schools need to hold upto15,000 kids

Kenya we have decent pyramid - we have maybe 50K plus pre-schools - that transition to about 35K primary schools - that transition to 15K secondary schools - that transition to thousands of village polythetic - thousands of TIVET colleges/teachers/nursing/etc - and then hundreds university - (who enroll more than 0.5M students)

That is why we have 100% primary to secondary transition.

And you're doing double track - as you wait for Pope to build your more classes.
I know math is not your thing so I will let your stupidity say.

Give your calculator to a KG kid so he can tell you what 350,000 by 930 will be.

Each high school admit between 300 to 500 students every year. Depending on their size.

As for double track, despotic Kenya is the one still running double track.
Hope you find money to build classrooms for the children studying under trees.

So you just projecting...Or Ghana people just pull stuff from their pants ..The problem with you is that you lie alot..

Kenya's population was reported as 47.6 million during the 2019 census compared to 38.6 million inhabitants 2009, 28.7 million in 1999, 21.4 million in 1989, and 15.3 million in 1979. This was an increase of a factor of 2.5 over 30 years, or an average growth rate of more than 3 percent per year. The population growth rate has been reported as reduced during the 2000s, and was estimated at 2.7 percent (as of 2010), resulting in an estimate of 46.5 million in 2016.
safe this story for your fellow stupid Kenyans

The world knows best and has kept your population at 53 million, they've seen enough book cooking from your nation.

Everything I've posted here has been fact checked, ain't like liars like you kenyans

rvp2018:
So you only have 800 secondary schools smiley going by your messed up logic.
Heck how are junior secondary (now we hear it's actually primary) suppose to transition from 33K to 800 schools
No wonder the double track nonsense.
we only have 930 or so secondary schools and it is not by my logic but by the facts

41k primary schools are able to transition their huge students numbers into 930 plus secondary schools because secondary schools are huge and can host them.

Just like how 9000 secondary schools in Kenya transition their million students into just a 100 few universities

Dont be silly anymore grin angry

Anyway, Ghana does not run double track

You can't lie to me you dwarf. The total number of Primary Schools in Ghana is 24,000 according to your ministry of education. Kenya had 33,000 in 2016. We have 41,000 kindergarten schools, Ghana has 22,000. We have 9,900 Secondary schools Ghana has 15,000. There is nothing to sugar coat there, if you decide to categoruze junior high school in the Primary Schools category then Ghana will only have 800 Secondary schools against Kenya's 9,900. Now decide where you want to stand.
hey dwarf

you dont have a brain of your own hence a zombie

but the fact that you have a half baked education is what even make you stupid grin grin grin

Answer my question, does primary school terminate at class 6 in kenya? grin grin
in Ghana, basic school is both primary and junior high school

Ghana does not have 15,000 secondary schools, we have 800 grin grin grin

Ghana has 41,300 primary schools

you can cry for the rest of the pages and you wont change the facts grin grin

Wuoche:
So going by your reasoning you only have 800 Secondary schools in Ghana? angry
yes we only have 800 senior high schools

not by my reasoning but by the facts

the 800 senior high schools have one million students
300,000 plus graduating each year

Divide one million by 800 and see how many students each high school have.

That is why our high schools are as big as universities in your country

fact is Ghana has 36, 000 plus primary school as the figures below point out

As at 2016
while kenya only have 33,000 grin grin grin grin

if we want to be logical, the figure will be at 30,000( you can ask me why it will be 30,000)

The 14,000 schools are in the Secondary category. You can't just force things to satisfy your ego. Do you know better than your Government which stated that you only had 24,000 Primary Schools?
The report you are posting have Junior high schools inside

why dont you post the figure for that for everyone to see grin grin grin

We dont have 14,000 secondary schools

Add primary school and Junior high schools and you will have the total primary school figure for Ghana

Unless you want to tell me that primary school terminate at class 6 in kenya

In fact it's 8-4-2-4

Per the new curriculum Government is rolling out, the system has changed from 6-3-3-4 to 8-4-2-4

8 years for KG and Primary
4 years from JHS 1 to SHS 1
2 years for SHS 2 and 3
4 for Tertiary
Thats the same thing

it will still be 2 years in KG
6 years in primary
3 years in JHS
3 years in SHS and 4 years of Uni or 3 years in training college

I will use 2013 map representation of roads to compare ghana total paved road network vs kenya total paved road network.

As you can see back in 2013, Kenya had nearly double the length of paved road network in Ghana.

No miracles has happened in between for Ghana to come and overtake kenya or rather sealing nearly that half gap we had left them with.
