Total tax revenue are VATs, income taxes and co.
Total domestic revenue include customs , rent and all other sources of domestic revenue.

Total revenue includes revenue from government financial transactions from offshore which are mostly interest... This is placed at 16% by the OECD. So you're looking at 21 billion dollars.
