I am talking of multinational making Nairobi their HQ or entry point to Africa instead of Joburg for many reasons. Otherwise even poor Ghana has multinationals.

I believe in about 10yrs Nairobi would have eclipsed Joburg. There is a reason why Nairobi was voted 6th most dynamic city in the world - the only one outside India & Chinese cities growing so fast.
