Theres everything to be proud of when you are offering the best quality at the price...
It also indicate that people have a lot of disposable income which is something to be proud of ...
This disposable income is the reason why Casablanca Morocco, Accra Ghana and co are leading the growth in retail spending on the African continent..
Go and sleep, you don't have to compare your country to Accra daily before you can feel good about it. Anyway, there are only 2.7 million formal workers in your country..... That explains a lot
Mkenya2019: Of course. There is no supply of decent houses and accommodations in Accra. This is a daily occurrence. Not linked to festive seasons. Finding rental unit in Accra is expensive on a normal day. Hotels that at best are 2 star - on normal day - cost an arm and a leg.
This is true in Accra, Niamey, Juba, and such backwaters.
All Accra homes are recent ... Your brother African traveller can attest to that .....
Ofcourse living in a decent home is expensive ... That doesn't mean we should get up and start building nasty stuff like you have all over Kenya ....
Rundown cities like Nairobi, Monrovia and Juba are typically building messes
Accra is reputed as one of the most expensive cities in Africa. This is partly due to the cost of rent and accommodation that have soared over 70% in the last four years,
In stead of generating copious amount of nonsense day in day out - maybe you should concentrate on build apartments and high rises to accommodate the ever rising population.
Why is Nairobi named 11th best city to live in by expats.
Exact opposite.
Nairobi has gazillions of accommodation and rental properties.
Like I previously told you - you can arrive at JKIA in morning - and have rented out a house for your budget in the afternoon.
Do you know why it has soared by 70% ?
We don't have a problem with the ever rising population...
I really like your dumbness on an early morning ...
We won't be building apartment to breed that kind of mess...
Accra is the 20th greatest city in the World ....
Nairobi has properties for tourist but not it residents hence why everyone there lives In a slum. Deal with that ...
You can arrive at KIA and get a home in just an hour based on your taste.
Mkenya2019: A tent cost the same in Juba. The reason - like Ghana - there is a dearth of accomodation, housing, apartments and such. That is why people pay rent for 2yrs.
I wonder what you are trying to say.....
It simple economics, basic demand and supply..
December traffic is the cause .... A period of 2 weeks where almost 500,000 visitors flood the city, out of which close to 200,000 are tourist..
He doesn't know Accra where people see Davido walk by and don't give a F They see Jackie Appiah pass by and air her Shatta Wale walks around campus and no one gives a F about him. Wizkid and Mr Eazy get aired around town
Surely *landed properties* in Adoagyire will be higher than Suhum because of its closeness to Accra, you should know this by now.
Suhum is bigger than Adoagyire Suhum has far bigger population than Adoagyire. Suhum has more Government establishments and Private companies than Adoagyire Suhum is a Municipal capital but Adoagyire and Nsawam make up a Municipal capital.
The list goes on and on..
When did Aburi become a District Capital? You don't know anything about Ghana so shut up...
Aburi, Nsawam and Suhum are all Akwapim Towns but Adoagyire is an Akyeam Town.. Do you need more education?
What is considered bribery? Solicitation of a bribe also constitutes a crime and is completed regardless of whether the solicitation results in the receipt of a valuable gift.
This is not bribery my guy
Paying an official charge for a publis service is not bribery...
mtisQ: Nigga thats what we call bribery..There is nothing like premium service...
That's not bribery That's facilitation fee for the services of someone whom you have inconvenienced...
Like today, I just paid 250 cedis for Ghana card premium service which is the official charge... But before you go to their office, you must book an appointment but because I didn't, the security guy wouldn't let me enter the premise....
All I had to do was called a friend who works there and he Usshere in like a VIP and did the entire process for me while I sat somewhere and crossed my legs and give him 50 Cedis for the help.
