Just30 what do you think about the proposed 24 hours economy proposed by the aspiring president of the ndc?
it means an increase in productivity and a smart move. It also means a new stream of jobs

The biggest challenge will be to make sure that businesses do not take the benefits without increasing productivity (fraud).

The second challenge will be how to open new markets for export opportunities.

No, each particular country has its own peculiar "mess".
Kenya's problems can not be the same as Ghana's or Nigeria's. But the same pills given to Kenya or Ghana are the same Nigeria or Tanzania will receive as long as IMF is concerned. Honestly, the same kind of reforms are being employed by Tinubu and Ruto.
which never works

So , each country must stick to it own interventions

At least you're now admitting you got problems.
Ghana policy wonks are normally humble enough when they messed up
They invite IMF and are soon out of danger.

If they make a mistake - and dont implement imf policies or do it half-heartedly - you'll cry more.

Few countries have managed without IMF. Pills are painful but the disease can kill you
You probably had reading and comprehension problem and that is why you didn't know I've been saying this from 2020...

Ghana came out of it mess quite a long time before IMF....not implementing IMF recommendations is something Ghana is used too. It always has been the case, we only implement our own economic policies to put us back on track.

IMF themselves knows that Ghana hardly implement their policies.

IMF were invited to Kenya by Uhuru kenyatta in 2020.
It one the FEW wisest thing he did. Ruto found IMF program ongoing.

Ghana refused to invite IMF in 2020 - and last year they defaulted - and found themselves in their fours before IMF.

Ruto faith with IMF reform programs - which Aligns almost 100% with his gov plans - has seen IMF & WB agreeing to underwrite our Eurobond.
Without which - default was looking certain.

IMF is only a problem if you do not want to reform - if you need to be pushed out to do the right things.
Ghana is not at it best but is doing fine without having to implement IMF kill pill like Kenya is doing.

Even if you lack common sense,at least try and borrow one before coming on Seun's forum to come and spew nonsense. Have you seen citizens of bigger countries trying to familiarise with citizens of smaller countries. It is usually the other way round, but anything for you to score cheap Internet points.
waa see another nonsense

Yes I've seen people from bigger countries scheme to to citizens of countries that have it far better than their country. I see it everywhere I go China, Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, India, Morocco and on and on

It is not my fault that every Nigerian I come across is scheming one way or the other to get Ghanaian documents

I'm trying to get data on the significant Niger involvement in our onion, beans imports, hard to find. You know there're lots of Niger migrants in our space. More than a 1000 Niger street beggers were deported from Accra alone last year. I watched this youtube of Netherlands biker itchy boots on her west African tour when she got to our elubo border and all the money changers, sim card sellers were nigeriens. Go to time lapse 10:57

You would rather die on the hills of your lies than to admit the simple harmless truth. That's how pathetic and hopeless you are.

From onions 🌰 doesn't transit the Aflao border to gps been placed on the onion trailers now to this. grin . Pls keep the lies coming, they are good source of relief.
You're just irredeemably stupid

I like the fact that you're loosing your villagey mind here.

Some few people bring in Nigeria stuff to sell to Nigerians here etc? grin Remember it's Ghana we're talking about o grin, Y3 mbu y3n ho saa where imports are concerned o. The onions that we're importing from Niger, Nigeria, the red big onions that we're importing from Morocco, it's only Nigerians or a select few who patronize them?

You know businesses are importing water into Ghana? You know the malls import eggs from South Africa etc into Ghana? And these imports are big money imports

Even the Niger onion, beans imports, you know it's NIGERIENS in Ghana, either born here or domiciled here doing the importation? Go figure

We do very little production of stuff, considering the advantages we enjoy. And our grievances should be directed to that, not whether we import onions from Nigeria or the quantum of imports. Farmers in northern, south east Nigeria can't farm because of banditry etc. Do we have that problem? We've lake Volta, no2 biggest artificial lake in the world and we're wont for stuff?

One of the reasons why things are costly on our space is the little production we do here
this write up makes me know how uninformed you are...

The onions import are mostly done by Northerners and Asantes.
It's only recently that I've seen Niger people buying from the Northerners and Asantes inorder to retail them and make a living.

You know we import even water?. The free market economy we practice where there's little hindrance to the importation of stuff, any Ghanaian/anybody can get up anytime and import virtually anything they like into Ghana. We import or have imported Nigeria onions at some point in time. I've heard onion traders say so themselves. If we're importing beans from Nigeria is it onions we can't import?
We don't import onions from Nigeria and we have never done so because we get a competitive advantage from the best growers of Onions in the region...Niger and Burkina Faso
Established supply chains ain't easy to break

From Nigerian doesn't transport onions into Ghana to they are transiting. How many lies can you continue to tell to cover more of your lies?

You are just an unrepentant and a shameless foolish liar. You idiot could see the same trailer offloading the onions 🌰 at Gomoa and still deny gomoa isn't in Ghana. That's how pathetic and low you can go just to deny and lie to cover for your more lies. Don't ever quote me again in your miserable e-life. Provide the GPS device or forever shut it.

This is the picture of Elubo/Noe border i took this morning. No Nigerian trailers of Onion seen here as everyone of them stops at Gomoa in Ghana but trust this idiot with million mouths to come and deny and lie with reckless abandone.

Gps ko,Google map ni
Foolish idiot...learn sense

I get my onions from Gomoa onions market and you'll never see a Nigerian license trailer there (which by the way is not even a proof that the product came from Nigeria).
That trailer you posted was definitely transiting onions possibly Ghanaian onions or Burkina Faso onions to Nigeria.

Anyone who has spent time on the Takoradi road like I have is used to seeing Nigerian trailers transiting foodstuffs from Ivory coast all the time.

There are Ghanaians that import food produce from Nigeria. Nothing strange about that, I wonder why we'd be denying it here. I watched citi TV in Ghana onetime, they interviewed some onion farmers in Ashaiman market, and they mentioned Nigeria as the source of their onions.
The food product Ghana gets from Nigeria is beans

We have Ghanaian beans, Niger beans and Nigerian beans...all of which are of different varieties.

Ghana does not import onions from Nigeria

What do you and your cheer dog 🐕 vankelvin have to say about the overwhelming evidence here? Mind you, i intentionally snapped the police along before you cry, deny and lie to the world that's isn't Ghana. It almost got me into trouble from Ghana 🇬🇭 police though and they deleted it off my phone 📱only for me to restore it back from my recycle bin.

Now, if you have any dignity still left in you, then at least you should give the Internet a break.
Lunatic as usual....I'm sure you're new to transit goods

Look behind the vehicle, you'll see the gps device placed by custom officials to make sure the vehicle transit.

The same way i know the almost the entirety of Greater Accra is built up is the same way Nairobi is larger than Accra. Buy what i know is an opinion. Do the same measurement for Nairobi and let see your answer.

Bold of two of you to think i don't know the differences between a city itself and her build up area and that we even care about your fu_king measurements that aims to massage your ego grin grin

So the entirety of Accra's 225km² is built up, but only about 100km² of Nairobi 696km² is built up right?

Well,i need more ridiculous claims from you to keep entertaining me.
I know you don't care about facts because it undermines your intentions to be stupid but they remain facts anyway.

Your ego is bruised, hence the f word..... this is the 21st century and there are scientific tools for almost everything.. 😂🤣

You and I both know that the entirety of Greater Accra is built up and that is why you can't get farm lands in Accra. All 3245 square kilometers of it leaving just a small portion less than 20 kilometers and an area less than 40square kilometers after Tema.

This kind of thinking will even make you say something silly like Nairobi is bigger the Singapore 🤣😂

This is how you always rush and end up looking like the clown you are.

A city may have a huge landmass but the built up area is small.

For example Kumasi and Tamale have bigger landmass than Accra but the built up area of Accra is bigger than both Kumasi and Tamale hence making Accra the biggest city in Ghana.

Inasmuch as you always want to oppose Ghana on all fronts it is also sensible to at least read and understand the argument on board before you jump to conclusion.
You don't need to always defend clownishly

Knowing that Nairobi is larger than Accra and Tema combined is a good knowledge of geography to start with. Facts doesn't care about feelings.
typical lack of understanding

They said City, so we are referring to the built up area and not just a land mass of the city.

Your complete lack of understanding in most things is quite legendary.

For instance, I've measure both cities built up area before, so you can referring to that for a little more learning.
