On Vitamin C. I am still trying to figure this out, and would appreciate any help/explanation.

It's of noteworthy that taking too much (mega-doses) of Vitamin C during pregnancy could cause problem for the newborn. Sometimes, it could increase the risk of preterm birth...etc. Therefore, preg. women are cautioned on the intake of V.C #Google.


Now, what happens when we take too much fruits that are good sources of Vitamin C, such as fresh fruits and vegetables especially citrus fruits?

Would it have similar effect?

This is a good way to encouraging more children to Financial literacy.
As Financial Literacy is one of the recommended 21st century skills. #Education.

Yes, I did brush the pies up with egg before placing them in the oven. They came out so well, tastier.

I didn't use a hot water, but warm as instructed.

My Fourth experiment was in making a basic white sandwich bread.

Project FAILED woefully as the dough wouldn't RISE (smh) even after placing it in a warm place for several HOURS! No thanks to the yeast. I'm sorry there is no photograph...
The outcome was harder than a saussage. Smh.

-Minced chicken/meat
, Carrot
, Garlic
, Irish Potato
, 2 tablespoons of flour
, Onion
, Cool water
