Both LADO and kashamu fought for the PDP ticket until the last minute before LADO later agreed to work against both Dapo and Kashamu by going into alliance with Amosun led APM .

This is not true and incorrect . Ogun West is not the only region with multiple candidates coming out for gubernatorial election so using that as an excuse is wrong .


Kashamu and LADO contested the governorship election against DA and DA later emerged the winner and the same LADO still contested against DA few days ago from the same Ogun East and one of them still emerged as the governor elect again.

The current senator representing the district is from Yewa North/Imeko-Afon axis , Yayi just got elected on Yewa south /Ipokia axis ticket so the next senator from the district will likely come from Ado-odo Ota axis ( Awori) especially if the governorship candidate is coming from any of the other two districts .

I run my business in Abeokuta North and that's where my house is , my community and CDAs around are populated by the Yewas and coupled with the traditional Yewa towns of Isaga, Ilewo , Ibara , Imala and other Yewa settlements in the LG . Even the Abeokuta CBD is under a Yewa traditional ruler ( Olubara) .
