Just listen to yourself! How can a governor claim the state is broke and he has not been able to pay salaries for 5 months simply because those ones are the 'mere' civil servants. But he has been paying himself, members of his executives and the state legislators monthly without disruptions. Haba! This is the height of injustice and wickedness.

Second, how can a governor go on strike when the state is in disarray @ the moment and you call that demonstration of goodwill in support of the workers' plight. This is the time to call out all relevant stakehokders and look for how to generate more revenue internally apart from the subventions been given by FG. He should take a clue fron Kebbi state. See how they have started large scale production on rice farming and they are reaping massively from it.

In all, he needs to wake up from his slumber and stop all those comedy acts while fooling hinself. If he truly cares about the welfare of the state workers, he should with immediate effect slash his own salaries/allowances, members of his executive and state legislators'. Atleast, this will go a long way in helping to save money for the govt in the meantime. Also, he should look for avenues to get local and foreign investors to come to the state and invest.
