forgiveness:
So this is a confirmation that there's power outage in Kenya. Thanks for the vital information. Next! grin
In Kenya they're mostly found in villages that aren't yet connected to the national grid as a preferred choice together with solar energy for provisions of sufficient energy needs especially in outdoor functions like burials, weddings & community based meetings within the city or towns you'd normally find one in hospitals, hotels & some other places but it isn't widespread since blackouts aren't really expected but when they do occur, mainly due to maintenance, it doesn't hurt to have some backup, no country in this reality has no use for generators but very few are dependent on it as a primary source of power.

He was being sarcastic to Mudavadis proclaimed fame of being a great economist because of his one shot success, he just provided that example to show just because it's done doesn't necessarily mean it was his doing.

I'm noticing some divisive tactics at play from allies to in between Kenyans themselves, guess it's all fun but I hope you all don't fall prey to this.

Top 5 most promising future African countries in no particular order: Seychelles, Mauritius, Botswana & either Algeria/Tunisia/Morocco.
