2003- the idea for the project was birthed

2008 - Land reclamation started

2013- Land reclamation completed with official flag off ceremony held with Bill Gates in attendance

2016-The first towers were completed

2018- Eko pearl towers completed



Aside the towers,the following have been completed
1) The great Wall of Lagos
2) A lot of roads, Bridges and canals
3) Over 250,000 trees and ornamental crops planted
4) Underground drainage and water system completed..the city has running water already
5) The city has electricity

6) The city f**king hosts a lot of cooperate events including the Lagos marathon that your fellow hungry looking Kenyans runners have attended .
