Ok, this is helpful. Haven't used a prepaid metre before but planning to get one. I actually met a bill of over 320k that I'm still slugging out with my landlady, who by the way has stopped picking calls.

First she was arrested by NSCDC, of all the security agencies...For being 'desperate' to collect her own money...She was caught before posing a threat to human lives, but released with a warning, but not reported to the police or the Medical & Dental Council of Nigeria...Not to talk of the paucity of substantial information... and the questionable source...
