The judiciary has always been a pawn in the hands of the ruling President. Except maybe for President Yar Adua - who was too ill to rule so we can't really say what he would have turned out to be |

Vanillaskin: Personally anything that has to do with laying a hand on a woman is a point of no return. I can forgive cheating, but I will never forgive battering Wow, seriously? But in my own opinion cheating is a much worse crime than assault. Except you are talking about the kind of cheating that does not involve the sexual component. |

Why are you adding balance as if its separate money?! If you have 10naira and you spend 1naira each day, do you know what the so called "balance" will add up to? 45naira! That's to show you the absurdity of adding money you have before and after spending out of it |

Properties › Re: Lands In Lagos That Allow Monthly Payment? by Juxtified(m): 8:49pm On Jul 03, 2016 |
odimbannamdi: Greetings family.
I am new on a fairly good job that allows me comfortably save 40,000naira monthly after removing all expenses. The last thing i want to do is stashing the money in the bank, considering the marked increasing rate of inflation, incessant bank charges and impulsive spending
So i am seeking to get a land for which i could be paying the 40,000naira for a period of months and have full access/right to the land enough to start a building project.
If you know of any such offers in Lagos THAT IS GENUINE, kindly let me know.
Thank you The land idea is pretty good. Land appreciates over months to years but money can sit in your account without any reasonable increase, even when its a fixed deposit. Plus who says you can't touch money in your savings when things become a little tight? If you can make your monthly payments up to 50,000 then you can reach me on WhatsApp let's discuss. 08173536073 |

It is training, not torture. One cannot build nerves of steel without going through a hard, rigorous regime of training. Its almost like flogging a child to eat his food in order to grow. Imagine going for a surgical operation somewhere in Afghanistan and the only way to hide from the enemy bullets is to dive into the nearest stinking gutter. Will you hesitate? |

Christianity Etc › Re: Why Do Christians Praise God For Misfortunes Of Others? by Juxtified(m): 11:15am On Jul 03, 2016 |
Most people do not reason their testimonies critically before giving it in church. I would rather praise God in the privacy of my heart and home for sparing my life in a fatal motor vehicle accident. Imagine you coming out to say your life was spared by God's grace, to the hearing of the relative of someone else who died or was severely wounded in the same accident. It makes it seem as if there's some sort of selective grace or something... Doesn't just seem right. |
Christianity Etc › Re: The Christian God Is Not A 20 Naira God. by Juxtified(m): 11:12am On Jul 03, 2016 |
Its true. Many are now discouraged from going to church or even aspiring to leadership positions in the church if they don't have 'fat envelopes' to be dropping as offerings every service day |

Properties › Re: Before You Rent That House!!! by Juxtified(m): 8:31am On Jul 03, 2016 |
obinna2nv: You have to DEMAND to see the electricity bill(the very last month), for prepaid, you ask for the last recharge slip. If you have doubts, take the slip to the nearest disco office and ask the cashier for the debt profile of the meter, if its owing. Before you pay the rent. You don't plead or beg to see it, its your right to know, no matter how nice the place looks, no matter how sweet tongued the landlord or agent is. Unless its a brand new house, if they don't show you the bill, move on to the next search. You'll definitely get the house and peace of mind you're seeking for. Thank you so much. Wish I knew this sooner. |

murmee: Just like the OP said, ask for the last electric bill of the apartment you want to rent. Do not pay until you see the bill. Thanks! |
