The female Spirit of God through which HE created the holy heavens (and there are many holy principalities) brought forth a creature without the consent of the Almighty, and the creature could not therefore have the qualities of Godliness in him(refer to the Apocryphon of John). The devil had proceeded from a creature that was so powerful, that even though he was cast out in darkness, he multiplied and established principalities according to the various powers of darkness that were in him.
