First, you need to know that our sun is not stationery. Neither is our Galaxy. Pole shift / Magnetic Reversal Update

It’s the 17th again.
That means the Tri-Mag data is in thanks to Maverick Star Observatory.

We’ve moved another 4.15 miles since the last Tri Mag data was in last month.
Still heading towards siberia aggressively.

We are about 143 miles away from the 40 degree mark (where the magnetic reversal / pole shift becomes imminent)
That’s where we leave the strong field lines and go into the very weak field lines.

If we calculate it at its current track we can get an idea of when we will be in those weak magnetic field lines (this is based only on current data we have as it can speed up and do “jumps” - and sometimes it slows down to 3 and a half miles per month)

Say we calculate it at about 4 miles a month which is the average and what most readings are.
That puts us there in the weak magnetic field lines in about 3 years (around May 2023)

If it speeds up the closer we get, we would hit the weak field lines earlier in 2023 or before, depending on how quick it speeds up and depending on how many little quick jumps it does as we near the 40 degree mark.

If we get some readings of 3 and a half miles along with the 4, that would put us later in 2023.

So this is just a monitoring and data collection process at the moment..

We have to keep monitoring the closer we get.
It is still looking to be around 2023 though which also goes with other things we are watching for in the year 2023. (A big year)

All laws, local or International (agreements, treaties, conventions) are enforced by courts.

About the European styled Judiciary in Africa ...

The first court in British East Africa was established by the Imperial British East Africa Company in 1890 with A.C.W Jenner as its first judge. The British government had just imported various laws through the East African Order in Council of 1897 and the Crown regulations.

The current European styled judiciary in Africa came with and for the purposes of enforcing the Imported Laws of the incoming European rule.

We should stop here to note that all African pre independence States had their own systems of laws. There were various council and divisions within the societies that ensured smooth running of the society. The new laws of the colonial Masters were for the most part, a diversion from the accepted norms of the Local Societies. Laws that were overthrown in one day with various order in council in all African countries.

Effect of the Legal Conquest

1. Loss of land and other property rights in favour of the new Masters...

2. Loss of authority of traditional dispute resolution mechanisms. Africans started seeking resolution of disputes from the new master.

3. Enforcement of colonial systems (non - compliance with taxes, removal orders, disobedience, rebellion could now be punished.

4. With the breakdown of self policing, the African society started disintegrating. Men were forced to find work to fulfill the new tax obligations, those whose properties in land and cattle were confiscated had to work for white settlers to fulfill their obligations to their families ... or face the wrath of the law that the judiciary enforced. Other vices began to sneak into African societies.

Judges were so important, that the came before administrative technocrats (Governor's). The judges would later be used to punish, confine and even kill any opposition to the colony. The first local administrators we're also Magistrates. So

African Nations cite UN Resolution 1514 (1960)

The resolution also referred to the independence of these colonies being granted in accordance with their freely expressed (referring!!! ... Agreements, Treaties and Conventions) - see photo. Francophone Africa is the best example of these "freely expressed agreements". France, upon granting them "independence", made all her colonies sign the infamous French Colonial Pact.

So why do we stay in the UN?

Ask Ethiopia ... Having escaped the scourge of European takeover of the 19th Century, Ethiopia was free at the establishment of the UN. Ethiopia was hesitant to join the UN, with good reason. But the various UN organs and related Organizations control ALL aspects of international social, political and economic affairs ... With member countries being bound to collectively seclude non-members.

Judiciaries are the guardians of the law. But whose law are they guarding in Africa?

The current Western/Northern civilization is a creature maintained by the law. They write everything into laws, treaties, orders, decrees, conventions, and there is not one aspect of their authority that is not legislated. Even their evil deeds are legislated.

The Take over and Destruction of African States was no different. The Law of the European was introduced in gradual steps ...

First, agreements were signed.

The most important aspect of colonialism was the signing away of control over land and territorial security by African Kings. Most of these Kings found the idea of lone European explorers offering them the "protection of the European Kings so fascinating that despite not being able to read and write European languages, scribbled what the European Mornarchs recognized as their signatures on treaties that decreed their take over. I just want to know if someone like me exists or existed out there.

I came from a family of eight in a local government in Enugu state. I'm the youngest of all.
My father was a civil servant before he died 2011 when I just finished secondary school.
My mom is a petty trader. My family is a committed Anglicans. The branch of the church in my village was my father's part of evangelism,to bring church closer to people's doorstep.

I talked about the church because I knew I have good Christian foundation and prioritize prayers and mindful of our steps on some issues (we are not perfect)

Two things has been running through my mind for long time whenever I think about my family, my siblings, my mom and myself.
But recently I decided to go for one.

Firstly, I thought of changing my surname because I thought the name was cursed and secondly I thought of ending my life to know if I can rest. After all, we all will die one day.

I have taken two popular poisons but instead of killing me , I will only wake up to notice burnt throat and little dizziness....lol.

I will list the problems of my family to know if this kind of family can survive.
I decided to number it for clarity.

1. Out of eight children, six are married.
My eldest brother married for 23 years no child.
My two sisters , they have married for 12 years and 6 years respectively, no child.

The remaining three that were able to have theirs, can't eat two square meal a day.
That's not the worst, check the numbers below.

2. Sickness: Among 8 children, it's only two that's not sick as I type this, is not continually, it's a steady sickness...I will break it down.

My elder sister with four kids has a tuberculosis, her immediate younger sister also have the same sickness.

My immediate elder sister who was healthy until her marriage is not only sick but always complain of stomach bite which is like a default sickness for the ones that doesn't have kids.

It didn't end there, my immediate elder brother got married last three years, luckily to us , his wife conceived and successfully delivered 2018, a week after his wife's delivery, the little child started having sickness,which resulted into surgery at her age.
Her dad (my brother) had an accident and his leg was fractured, two days after the child's surgery, as I type this, he has a broken leg, not fixed yet.

Even the finger typing this, fights with internal heat. That's me!

Sound ideal, right?
Is a really life experience.

Last year june,my mom had a very serious stomach issue which resulted into major operation , luckily to us, she survived.
And the same June this year, she was operated on again and doctor billed much and we had no option than to leave her in the hospital to face struggling ones which has been a normal.

3 Finance: Of course you can predict the financial condition of this ill family.
Out of this 8 children, I will boldly tell you that 5 out of this family are graduates. 3 engineers and two are in commercial. Some have stayed for 6 years without job. We all studied individually using one bike to be a commercial cyclist (okada). We never relented , even though we are sick financially and health wise.

The last decade has been a decade of constitutional change in many African countries.
There is a recognition that our problems began with the law. The Berlin Conference which partitioned Africa amongst the Allied powers was a legislative process that produced the Berlin Agreement (enforceable international law) which allocated not just physical space, but mining rights (right to exploit), economic rights(trade within territories and with others), social rights(language, education, interaction) and political rights (declaration of protectorates and colonies, establishment of governments and their institutions).

After enacting a new constitution in 2010, Kenya is planning to change the constitution. Again. This is not surprising. We continue to put our heads in the sand when discussing our systems and keep imposing institutional misfits that need to be changed as soon as they are imposed. Because the current systems were not designed for the benefit of African people. They were designed for the exploitation of Africa, her people and all.

I would say that some of the best legal changes to escape the colonial exploitation by our current system through the expected ammendments would be:

1.

Dispute Resolution.
Bring traditional dispute resolution mechanisms to be the first solution for petty crimes, petty/small civil claims. With that, bring back the counsel of village elders. This should not be limited to minor disputes. There is no value that is too great for a traditional solution - from marriage disputes, property disputes, land, criminal offenses. Nothing that a counsel of elders cannot handle. Involve them by rule. Or involve tradition. The law should recognize traditional dispute resolution.

2.

Property rights wise, I think we are too far into darkness to turn back, except for the communities that are still less urbanized. The pastoralist areas whose lands are not yet subdivided. What solution would you propose? Capitalism uses property rights as a weapon. In fact, the concept of property rights was introduced in Africa after the colonialist had safely secured all our mineral, land and economic rights - to preserve the status quo,

There is still a little hope in restoring African ownership by retaking those rights granted to imperial companies at the declaration of "protectorates" over Africa.

Political systems are our greatest failure. We imported a system that does not consider pre-existing societal realities of Africa, in terms of the political systems. Elections have become nothing more than a numbers game, a competition between the biggest ethnic communities and ethnic alliances. This leads to a cyclical violence that keeps many African countries in unending civil wars and unrests.

Our fore father's used a system of consensus as opposed to a numbers contest that democracy is. We had legitimate council's that should be recognized and the current parliamentary systems remodeled according to these nations to ensure that all voices will count.

Representation is another inadequacy of our current European centric system. The European system was discriminatory by nature, as the European system was class based and designed to keep the peasantry a perpetual disenfranchised community. Compare this with the African age set system which was ALL inclusive, the Counsel of elders system, again, all inclusive. It is no surprise that vises such as criminality was imported into Africa together with the laws.

The vises are designed by the system with no intention of human enhancement and development. Status quo is the purpose of our colonial political system. You can see why there are countries that have never rested from war from the day the white man declared a one man show presidency or governorship or premier ship to the exclusion of dozens of previously legitimate states aka tribes. If the laws are not changed, they will be all together discarded when time comes.

Oats are a new thing in my diet. I started cooking it after looking at the nutritional content online. Rich in alot of micro nutrients. If you can't access African sorghum and millet in the city this is definitely worth a try.

Ingredients:
I cup oats
4 cups water
1 cup powdered peanut
3 tablespoons sugar
A pinch(or two) of salt

(Turn your roasted peanuts into powder by putting them in your blender and if your blender has a button labelled "pulse", it will give the best result. I sifted mine afterwards to remove chunks of peanut that had not been blended)

Method�

1. Bring the water to a boil
2. Add the oats, let it boil for around 15 minutes. Stir continuously when it starts sticking to the pot
3. Add peanut powder...
4. Add salt to taste and sugar.
5. Boil and stir continually for at least 10 minutes as the peanut further thickens the porridge

Serve when ready

My friend, God spoke with Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob even wrestle with an angel representing God and Moses. All these people are human, so it's the wickedness in their hearts that's made them alienate themselves from the God of their forefathers.
