and then we come to the big one -- COST! What would this cost and how is it powered? What I mean is, well, we know we need to recharge our phones. Does this equipment depend on the car's batteries or does it have its own? What happens if the car battery is disconnected? Obviously, concealment will make it undetectable but is there any way it can be disabled through power-off?
