the obvious answer is the student. he's a zbeba who wasted four years learning theoretical bs instead of how to actually do the job. the system fails because it prioritizes degrees over competence. the builder from the technical school actually learned a practical skill while the engineer was busy memorizing formulas and drawings he'll never use irl.
