My Macbook Pro 2013 model A1398 has a full charge but does not turn on. If you plug a phone through its USB slot, it gives the phone a voltage but no charging current (I have a meter that tests for that). What could be the reason?

I replaced the EFI chip in MacBook Pro 2011 model and now it won't show anything in the display. I was new to knowing how hard Apple tries to sabotage repairs of their electronics. How can I solve the situation?
These are legacy problems. I have since committed to never buying Apple products

Something I keep coming back to.

Early on, I thought getting good meant knowing more syntax, more frameworks, more tools than the next person. That chase never really ends there's always a new library, a new stack, a new "must-know" thing trending on Twitter.

But looking back, most of the real jumps in how I work didn't come from learning something new. They came from unlearning something. Like the instinct to start coding before I fully understood the problem. Or treating every code review comment as a personal attack instead of free information. Or thinking "clever" code was the same thing as "good" code.

Now with AI handling more of the actual typing, I think that unlearning matters even more than it used to because if the habits underneath are wrong, AI just helps you build the wrong thing faster.

So I'm curious what's something you had to actively unlearn to get better at this job? Not a skill you gained. A habit or belief you had to let go of.

Most of you guys don't say how you got abroad, but quick to calculate and scream how you sent money home.
I have an elder brother, who was sent abroad with our mum's pension fund. He has being in Germany since 2010/2011 and barely any communication.
I heard he even builds or built a house or 2 using a stranger. I hope the house/houses exist(s), if not I will have no pity for him in the end, even though, I don't wish him bad. Well... Someone will have to enjoy your money in the end. It is for you to determine if it's going to be your family to strangers.
