EMMAACHILE: In mile 12 and Bodija, its sold in 50kg bags Not all |
Agriculture › Re: General Market/food Price ( weekly Update ) by kagari(op): 4:10pm On Nov 22, 2017 |
es144000: It is so because kanos price is for 100kg and lagos 50kg I believe you mearnt the other way round, But in wholesale of beans nobody sells 50kg bag, unless you buy and rebag yourself |
Agriculture › Re: General Market/food Price ( weekly Update ) by kagari(op): 4:08pm On Nov 22, 2017 |
EMMAACHILE: Replying specifically to Mile 12 market, its very likely you will need a store to help you sell or you rent one. The grain market I saw there and the little interview I had with some traders will likely be this 1. The grain market is not as open as the yam market for example. 2. To successfully get your cash, you may need to rent a shop and sell yourself. 3. To make your goods open, you may need to sell low to be attractive to the traders to buy from you. 4. For you to make a killing, you need to supply in the scarce period. Eg Red Olotu beans will make you a lot of money if you can supply now. Most of the big shops were lacking it in Mile 12 and Bodija with prices as high as 48,000 per 100kg bag.
The most important factor here is yourself going there to find out if they will be buying from you and paying you cash instantly. You have said all all In addition, having a reliable wholesale seller in the north, beans business is just like egg business |

Same factors that makes other food produce higher In the south than the north
But basic law of economic, the demand in the south is higher than the north so price is higher |

Nice one from my 042 peeps.
Great show of love We always show him love even though he doesn't deserve it anymore.
I dedicate my FTC to ZORRO a.k.a Swagbag; The man who has taken the rhymes from Phyno and gives him sleepless nights.
To Lola Omotayo-Okoye, the lady who single-handedly helped break up the most formidable team in Africa, P-Square.
And to woman, The one who loves me unconditionally despite my insanity. |

If I wish them marital bliss now, people will say I am a hypocrite. So I'd rather not wish someone what I know they can't have.
That will be wish-wasting. By the way, cute native designs.
I dedicate my FTC to every loving person on Nairaland. You all rock!! Bro you finally made it, hard work pays |
