I read Charles Chukwuma Soludo’s bomber on the Vanguard; ‘Buhari Vs Jonathan’ – Beyond the Elections and it was wowing. Ok, the truth was that I skimmed through, I didn’t have the patience to read over 6,000 words and I’m sure not many people did, perhaps they skimmed through like I did although I recognized the fact that there was a lot of pointers, facts, numbers that the civic need to be aware of.

If anyone deceives himself that JonaTAN and his wife Patience are Christians that person would be deluded for life..JonaTAN is a member of the Egbesu cult..He is also a follower of Orukoro.. Oru (is a general name in Ijaw assigned to marine deities and spirits like mermaids or mammy water as we say in Nigeria) Koro ( is the phenomenon of being possed by a marine spirit or deity in Ijaw land)..JonaTAN and his wife Patience are mermaid worshipers and possessed by the spirit as most Ijaws who are Orukoro followers..

Its no surprise why we have so much problem in our country at the moment. If your are a student of theology or spiritual deliverance..part of the signs of a leader or environment possessed with marine spirits is satanic rage..confusion..chaos..wickedness.. stubbornness.. indifference to evil..pride..boastfulness..arrogance etc..That is why there is so much satanic rage under JonaTAN's leadership with bombings and killings across the land..wickedness in governance with fuel subsidy increase..racketeering..naked corruption.. stubbornness of JonaTAN even in the midst of failure..pride and arrogance bordering on an I don't give a damn attitude..Let no one fool his/herself that JonaTAN or Patience are Christians..They only started attending church when they left their village and went schooling/working in Port Harcourt (a city with more pentecostal churches that you can ever find in the entire Ijaw land which I would discuss below later)..so for anybody to call JonaTAN a Christian would be deceptive..Furthermore, in 2009 when he went visiting camp five of Tompolo in Gbaramatu creeks..the spiritual rule in that camp was that any none Egbesu follower that comes into that camp would be devoured by the Egbesu deity represented by a spiritual Leopard..even if you claim you were an Egbesu follower you have to still pass through a rite when you get to the gates of the camp..The camp simply consisted on a long palm frond tied from one end of a tree to the other end of another tree across the creek on the entrance to the camp..it was believed that if you are a soldier or non-Egbesu follower wanting to attack them once you cross underneath the palm frond you did die mysteriously..so to come into the camp you have to be "sanctified" with a ritual bath over your head by an Egbesu priest or priestess and that is only even if you are a follower in the first place..

JonaTAN went there as Vice-President with all the military paraphernalia..and on getting to the magical entrance..Tompolo's boys told him to halt..the military to withdraw back after giving them assurances as to his safety and JonaTAN was put in their own boat. When they where about to cross the palm frond he was asked if he is an Egbesu believer and he affirmed Yes..He was told if he was lying he wouldn't come out of the camp alive as the deity would kill him..he reaffirmed for all the security following him on that day that he is an Egbesu follower..The priest then asked him to pull off his cap and the ritual bath started plus salt sprinkled on him to cleanse him..before he went in to the camp to talk to his fellow Ijaw criminal Tompolo whom he..Alams and Odili had been sponsoring with arms as governors. So how can anyone including JonaTAN himself them come out to say he is a Christian?..He should stop deceiving himself because we know his story and that of his wife and at the right time Nigerians would be informed of all their occult practices...

To further buttress my point that JonaTAN is not a Christian and never grew up as one..Nigerians need to know about the Ijaws themselves..The Ijaws are made up of roughly 40 clans or Ibes as they call it that correspond respectively to dialects of the main language. They are referred to as ethnic Ijaws, Ijon, Izon, Uzo or Ezon depending on how you pronounce it. Idol worship, Polygamy, Intra and Inter Ijaw conflicts (between the different Ibes) are regular features of the people. In fact the Intra and Inter conflicts between Ijaws is a century long issue that even occured during the days of Jaja of Opobo who was a slave in the ruling house of Opobo but because of internal conflicts between the sons and masters of the ruling houses they couldn't elect a King..eventually Jaja a slave revolted against them calling them all lazy and intellectually clueless before he was then made a King due to his hard work and brilliance. Put it simply IJAWS are naturally a quarrelsome people both male and female..They would quarrel both verbally and physically with a dead man if it were possible. With over 500 Ijaw amas (Villages), there exist several entire amas (Villages) in Ijaw land without a SINGLE BIBLE-BELIEVING CHURCH. Most villages and towns in Ijaw land do not have a SINGLE BORN-AGAIN BELIEVER and you can quote me anywhere on that..If you find any Ijaw man or woman that is a Christian or goes to church, they probably grew up in the city or outside Ijaw land.. There are some brand of indigenous, spiritualists churches (like robe wearing ones) common amongst Ijaws, but is not different from the traditional and fetish beliefs of the people. It permits and engages in Polygamy, Soothsaying and Divination, Idol Worship and several other unbiblical practices. JonaTAN ati Patience are not Christians they should stop deceiving themselves and any other gullible Nigerian before the wrath of God consumes them to ashes..Our God is a consuming fire..but he is also a merciful God if they can ever repent..confess all their blood drinking covenants and oaths..stop serving mermaids (mammy water) which makes them headstrong and stubborn and Egbesu deity..after that they should vacate Aso Rock..and we cleanse it and dedicate the place to God..its being defiled terribly by satanic JonaTAN and his marine gods!!

A photo of Robert Mugabe falling down the stairs has spread like wildfire online after the 90-year-old Zimbabwe president took a tumble after appearing to miss a step outside Harare airport, where he had been speaking to supporters.

Some of the press photographers who captured the scene said they were forced to delete their pictures by security personnel.

Mugabe is one of Africa’s so-called presidents for life, and during his 34-rule Zimbabwe has consistently ranked as one of the worst countries in the world for civil liberties. Human rights have accused the police of “outdated and abusive” law to control freedom of expression.

But any attempts to control the media’s attention to this particular incident were in vain: the pictures were picked up by news agencies worldwide and a cut-out image of Mugabe’s tumble was soon turned into memes and shared on social media using the hashtag #MugabeFalls.

We just came across a video, a direct attack on Jimi Agbaje, Lagos state governorship aspirant on the banner of the People Democratic Party (PDP) who is presently racing Akinwunmi Ambode of All Progressives Congress (APC) to the seat.

The video says JK is just joking and tries to tell those who care to listen that Jimi Agbaje (JK) has failed in his own business and therefore is not fit to rule Lagos State.

The Nigerian presidential elections coming up February 14, 2015 is one event that has got the world tuning. The world wants to know who will take the helm of affairs of moving Nigeria, Africa's largest economy forward for the next 4 years.

It also interesting to know that the incumbent President Goodluck Jonathan who belongs to the People's Democratic Party (PDP) is seeing a fierce competition in person of General Muhammadu Buhari (Rtd) of the opposition party All Progressives Alliance (APC).

As the day of the election comes near, stats released by the electoral governing body shows that as at 1st Februay, only 62% of Permanent Voters Card, PVC have been distributed. Certain groups and opinionists have called for a postponement of the election so as to enable more people get their Permanent Voters Card although this is highly unlikely.

Last year Internet entrepreneur Linda Ikeji told her friends that she would launch a programme called 'I'd Rather Be Self-made' in which she would mentor young girls who have big dreams and aspire to be great. She said she would aid some of them start up small scale businesses.

So early this morning she mentioned on her blog that she was coming through with that promise.


'I'd Rather Be Self-made' is not a foundation, or an organization (I can't handle that - blogging takes too much of my time), it's just me and some young ladies meeting whenever we can, inspire each other, exchange business ideas, and if I feel someone has a great business idea and it's not going to cost too much to start the business, I will personally finance it. Not as a loan, it's 100% to the person. I'm looking at N250k to N1million per person, depending on how great the business idea is. If you need less, you will get the money faster...:-). Linda looks back at her story and that of many young girls today and says these are what fueled the idea. "It's quite unfortunate and sad. Let’s face it: Most women hate buying used cars about as much as they hate re-entering the dating scene. That’s a given. But, if you want to get out there, attract the right guy and have successful relationships, you have to sell yourself.

1. Perform a SWOT analysis.

For those of you who don’t know, a SWOT analysis stands for “Strengths, Weaknesses, Threats and Opportunities.” For the purpose of this article, let’s focus on strengths and weaknesses.

List at least 10 strengths; I know you have them. Now, list your three most major weaknesses. Seeing them on paper might help you focus on what you need to change.

Are you overly emotional? Take steps to work on it. Perhaps you don’t like the fact that you’re short. Deal with it and cross it off the list. If you can’t change something, there is no use in harping on it.
Focus on your strengths.

If you are a pharmaceutical rep and have a drug that cures cancer 95 percent of the time, wouldn’t you lead in with that? You wouldn’t start out by saying that it causes constipation, diarrhea and dry skin. Sure, you’d have to mention it later as a disclaimer (in small print), but you wouldn’t dwell on it.

We all have flaws, but we should relegate those to the fine print. Unless you are legally or morally obligated to tell your new partner about your flaws (e.g. an illegitimate child, felony charges), then why bother saying anything at all?

In time, it will become clear that you’re a terrible dancer, but by then, your strengths will have taken the main stage and your weaknesses will be but an afterthought.


2. Fix your weaknesses (to the extent that you can).

A few years back, I was trying to unload a 2007 Cavalier. When turned on, it shook and there was a distinct rattling in the hood. I knew I couldn’t sell it in that condition, so I took it to a mechanic who repaired it. (Turns out, a dead squirrel had gotten in the radiator.)

I had to repair the major flaws before I could present it to a potential buyer.

Don’t go all Heidi Montag and invest your life savings in plastic surgery. Instead, handle your major demons before choosing to date someone.

3. Presentation is everything

When I sold used cars, I made cute little intros, like

Hi, my name is Quinn, and I’m a 2000 Hyundai Elantra. I love keeping my passengers warm in the winter, as they listen to their favorite sounds on my 2010 Alpine sound system. More importantly, I keep them safe in the snow with new tires. I’m a great car for a first-time driver or college student and I make a great second family car.

I didn’t mention that the car was old and still had manual windows. The buyer could see all that in the pictures.

Try this on for size: Which one of the following two girls would you rather date?

Girl A: “Old, average looking, kind of frizzy hair, broad shouldered with a touch of scoliosis, slight speech impediment, terrible dancer and cook. Has a really boring job doing something with computers. Just recently got dumped.”

Girl B: “Young, super-cute, a little taller than average, great smile and really smart. In fact, she writes code for sales software you might use at your job! She’s working on her Six Sigma and she loves to go running, skiing and snowboarding. She just became single, so she’s a hot commodity right now.”

Both descriptions are of the same 26-year-old woman. The first is how she describes herself to me, but the second is how I see her. When you’re writing your Tinder profile, remember that you’re selling something way more valuable than a used Hyundai Elantra.

One of those insufferable TED talks was making the rounds last week. The gist of it was that 30 is not the new 20, and that grown women really ought to be getting their sh*t together in their 20s. Be proactive about your career. Don’t refuse to get a full-time job as an excuse to figure out who you are. Stop dating losers. All sound advice. But why does no one ever say that to men?

Not the first part, obviously. Men are expected to have a sense of direction and ambition more or less from birth, so much so that most women will list “ambition” right under “sense of humor” on a list of vague qualities they seek out in a romantic partner. No, the last part, the thing about dating “losers.” It’s a testament to just how useless TED talks are, because people have been telling women that their boyfriends are losers forever. Not once, though, have I ever heard someone tell a man, “Dude, why are you dating her? She’s such a loser.”

The more I think about why, the more depressing the can of worms becomes (and a can full of worms should be depressing enough on its own). It says something about society as a whole, in that men have never really valued drive and success as selection criteria and we’re all kind of OK with that. Mothers instruct their daughters to find a “nice, successful boy,” but fathers high-five their sons when they bring home the prom queen. It’s also (sadly) kind of presumed that men will settle down as they age and choose higher quality women, as though it’s a concept we as men had the good sense to invent and that the womenfolk would never figure out were it not for our guidance.

Sex Mountain in Indonesia attracts Muslim pilgrims in their thousands, they believe having sex with strangers at this holy site will bring them wealth and good fortune.

Sex out of wedlock is taboo in the muslim reliogion, so the idea of a mountaintop sex ritual for Muslims in Indonesia really seems bizarre. Gunung Kemukus, otherwise known as Sex Mountain, is where thousands of married men, cheating housewives, government officials and prostitutes revelling in a mass ritual of adultery and sex make a regular pilgrimage to have sex with strangers.

Based on legend dating back to the 16th century, they believe seven visits and prayers to the adulterous prince Samudro will bring wealth and luck.

In the bid to explore current trends in the music industry, a survey by NOIPolls asked respondents who their favorite Nigerian Musician was. Findings revealed that ‘Tuface’ topped the chart as the most liked Musician with 13% fan base. Although Nigerians are more inclined to Religious music, this has not affected their judgment of favorite musicians.

Results are not surprising when considering Tuface’s talent and hard work as evidenced by several national (Nigerian Music Awards) and international awards (MTV Europe Music Award, World Music Award, etc.) that he has received. His most recent award nomination was for the Best Live Act at the 2014 MTV Music Africa Awards.

The next three musicians liked by Nigerians were;

‘Davido’ (7%) who is mostly liked by Nigerians aged 18-21 years (10%);
‘Frank Edwards’ (6%) mostly liked by Nigerians aged 22-29 years (10%) and
'Wizkid’ (5%) who is mostly liked by respondents aged 18-21 years (20%).

Just like fashion, electronics & gadgets, and cab services, the food delivery sector is one that is earning a massive compecipation as the work place continues to become demanding with an everyday increase stress due to heavy traffic.

Food is one commodity that will continue to be in demand so long living beings continue to walk this earth and as such the potentials of investors making a high clean-out are very high and would continue to be so, for where there is food, there is money, and investors follow the money especially.

Two months ago when I did a count on the food delivery startups in Nigeria that I knew of, I did not get more than five. Fast forward to this present day, and online food delivery startups are all over the place, many starting out from Lagos and then expanding to other states.

Some let you buy groceries online through a network of connected marts, some avail you take away or ready-to-eat food via tons of restaurants, others actually ask you what you want and then help you go to the market to buy them. We live in interesting times I must tell you.

About three to four of them have been launched in the past few months thereby populating my list just as I needed. It should be worthy of note that most of these platforms have been launching with the tag 'Nigeria's first, premier or largest online food ordering/delivery service' or gorcery store, a bogus claim that has always baffled me for if everyone is number one, who then is number two, three and so on?

5. Gloo: This online store promises to deliver a wide variety of high quality brands of supermarket goods direct to the doorsteps of her clients on a same-day basis and at very affordable prices . gloo.ng

6. Gingerbox: Formerly know as Jaramall, offered a wide range of food items, but after re-branding to Gingerbox, it decided to focus on delivering fruits for offices only. jaramall.com

7. CityChops: An online food ordering service that allows customers to choose from a variety of restaurants in Lagos and order meals for pick up or delivery. citychops.com

8. Hellofood: This online platform boasts of a staggering selection of restaurants around the city for users to choose from. Hellofood lets you pay for your food at delivery with no extra-charge. hellofood.com

9. Supermartng: Customers can order from multiple stores and can select what time they want it delivered. Where other companies deliver in days, this online mart promises to deliver in hours. supermartng.com

10. Foodstantly: Aside delivering ready to eat meals from various restaurants, this marketplace enables food vendors; restaurant owners, caterers, farmers and set up shop and sell online. foodstantly.com

11. Efoodmart: Like other online grocery shops sells all types of groceries with major focus on the Nigerian local foodstuffs , it also touts an e-Restaurant where you can order all sorts of food for group meetings, events or gatherings at delivery fee of just 500 naira only with minimum order of 3,000 naira. efoodmart.ng

Its nice to see many individuals join this food hustle, I am very positive that there will be more by the next six months to a year, the question that remains is which, which and which of them would survive the next 3 years? I make no guesses, but you can.
