What PDP had was high oil revenues however in Jonathan's last year, oil revenues was already dwindling due to fall in price and lack of saving as well as the looting of our foreign reserve.

Buhari's APC tried in first term despite the low oil revenue which was at the lowest and with Jonathan not saving at all.

If you're talking about the poor economy in Buhari's second term, I won't argue but in Buhari's first term, the poor economy was because of the fall in oil revenues as well as the lacking of saving by Jonathan

PDP was shambolic before they left office. Buhari's APC was better when they came in.

Of course I'm not exonerating Buhari but he tried in his first term despite the dwindling oil revenues. It was actually in Buhari's second term that he didn't try despite high oil revenues. Plus Insecurities which became rife in his second term. Now, this made me want to check the people in Buhari's cabinet in his first term and his second term.
