I think their business model is based on buying wholesale services from the likes of MTN and others at a good discount, then resell
to the public using more consumer-friendly models and aiming to make very small profit per unit call time or data purchased wholesale from MTN.

So, their existence will depend on MTN and the others. It is a win-win.

Their go-to market approach is investment/capital-light, so potentially they can reach profitability quicker because even though they make a very small profit per unit of call time and data, that small unit profit can translate into billions in a country with Nigeria's population.

I could be wrong, but this is what I think their business model is.
