bought a very sound n clean 04 corolla at 1.2m.

previous owner even sold with plates o.

i have only changed only engine oil,2 brand new tyres, plugs, injector cleaner.

owner just changed shocks n brakes b4 selling though the brakes are kinda inferior

engine has sludge sha, though there are no oil licks, thermostat n catalytic converter r still intact. my CEL is on sha.

i still need to do small flashing sha as the previous owner resprayed it poorly..

me n the seller are now friends now sef.
he bought me beer n isi ewu yesterday.lol.

car was bought toks in 2017 n was used by the mum .



so i registered on bolt yesterday n went for inspection.
i used a temporary drivers license or should i even say learners permit cus thats what it looks like

Depending on what the car was used for...private or ehailing, If it has been serviced with that oil for more than 5times or 2years then continue with the oil but if its younger u can use the recommended oil 5w30 and observe the performance and oil retention.

I see minor repairs...
The only major is the master cylinder that was changed....probably it was poorly installed

Minor repairs is a must...

I will be going there with a mechanic for proper inspection

And this is my 1st car..

So I went car shoping today.
N I can across this 03 corolla
Obvious things I noticed is that brake fluid is is licking, they just changed the master brake cylinder though.
Radiator is running on ordinary water,
Car is not 1st body,
Car vibrates a little when AC is on but the AC is mortuary standard..
Shocks are okay n tires are just fine..
Fan is connected direct
No check engine light though n milage is 197900.
What are you thoughts on this please.
Also owner want to sale 4 1.2m Bt am standing on 1.1m
No serious oil leakage
