I guess the rate is different there for it to be profitable for u guys.

My friend in calabar does not have any good thing to say about bolt. Says the minimum fare is 300 naira, charges are ridiculously cheap and that you only get a fair amount of rides when the tertiary institution in town is in session. Once they go on holidays, to your tent o Israel. He also said drivers on rentals deliver 20k weekly

This is not to discourage you in anyway. As you can see, I'm only telling you what I heard from someone else. Give it a trial and see how it goes.

My ppl I don onboard my car on bolt. I am targeting average net earning of 2k to 3k daily as I will be driving after work from 5-9pm Monday to Friday. Weekend am targeting 5k on Saturday and Sunday each.

For a car to be fit for ehailing, I suppose it is still in good condition; engine, transmission, ac, interior, body and other functionalities...if so then N530k is quite cheap for a buy and drive 04 civic, considering how much cars go for nawadays. Hence I asked for full disclosure.

The Volvo:
Like I said, drive the car for 1yr on ehailing then u do review. Ruggedity and receptivity to stress, quality and durability of parts, cost and frequency of change, ease of problem solving etc...so far what u know is purchasing cost and fuel consumption...

In this business, I think cost of startup is less important than cost of running/maintainance, let's not even talk about second hand value and ease of liquidation. However, we have to consider all 3 factors before establishing which car is best for the job.

I don't want to make him feel bad that naija dealer have roll back his mileage. Even some Moove cars wey be say na 2015/17 have 110kmiles how your 17yrs old car go com be 80k miles it's crazy.

Mine currently is above 200k got it around 157k

My Corolla 05 makes a knocking sound when I put on the ignition with the engine oil light on. It goes off when throttle down and sound normal.

Also, the engine oil light blinks when car is idle or while braking mostly when the engine is warm and must have work for several minutes or hour.

I have just charged the oil pump thinking that was the culprit but the problem still persist.

What could have gone wrong pls expert in the house?

This is a problem in the making. If you ignore the symptoms of an overheating engine which your car is exhibiting you’d eventually have only yourself to blame.

Check your coolant level and fan speeds if you’re sure you have no leakages or a radiator with blocked fins.

Sure you've heard of X and Y theory, that 50k is just a motivational factor, which is why you have bonus, but the point here is consistency. Lot of people would not have over work dia body during weekend if not for that bonus. Let's learn to differentiate btw a short and long term obtainable achievement, the bigger picture is very important.


Anyway I've done offline trips of 400k this year for the record, because I don't want to hear one give away and I won't b eligible. All driving issa movement, as long as the car propel, nah the same traffic deh hold us and d same fuel we deh burn.
