While growing up and during obasanjo's time in office, he created some correctional institutions to checkmate public servants either in the abuse of their office, poor service delivery or corruption..some of these institutions are

ICPC , EFCC, SERVICOM, due process office etc..

I didn't take any of them serious until I went for NYSC and faced one of the most boring lectures to copers which went on for days and very lengthy.i decided to just pay attention and among public institutions that visited for lectures are EFCC, DSS and SERVICOM.

I took particular Interest in SERVICOM because I dislike public officers rude and lackaidastical attitude...

When I graduated from the University I once had a plea from my cousin abroad to help him get statement of result ,transcript and certificate from his degree institution which is also mine..

Everytime I visited his faculty after taking a break from my work time to go do his processing, the whole facualty will be empty, as in ,even the general office will be locked. It was a period of student long break holiday, but school is expected to keep being open. This repeated for 3 times with me wasting about 4k transport on each visit, them I remembered SERVICOM.

Next I visited, I looked for their office in the school premises and they were opened and I reported the faculty office. The head of the agency asked me if I am sure ND I replied in affirmation it's been three times..

Immidiately, he dialed the phone number of the head of that faculty ND accused him in stern voice that his faculty closes office by 2:30 pm daily instead of the government approved 4pm..the responder feigned ignorance of the development and the servicom boss issued his warning of action if the event repeated again.

Guess what happened there after people, since after that encounter that office stays opens for business everyday to at least 4pm..

My major issue before is that I usually arrive the school by 3pm ND security will say they were opened by have closed since 2:30 and that I should endeavour to come earlier..

This home servicom solved my public complaint issue..I have had more than 10 encounter where servicom sorted them all..I will share each and every of the stories .. if you guys share your experience with the agency

Have you had any encounter with SERVICOM, did they resolve the issue, which government institution is that..?

This story I just told happened at UNIZIK awka, and the concerned faculty is faculty of law..and this happened just 2 years ago..

We have to understand the concept and perception of marriage by different couples.

Also remember that we all have different tolerance thresholds in regards to disrespect, anger,uncertainties, disappointment, violence etc,in marriage.

Anyone knows where or how I can trace my Benin root? My parents died when I was about 9 yrs of age, that was around 1999. My mum's family were the ones to come to us first and took us to Rivers State, changed our surname to theirs.

I know how my real surname is pronounced but I have forgotten the real spelling. And I believe knowing the real spelling would be a starting point in helping me locate my root.
