Please, a friend needs an NIN modification to be done immediately. His NIN was auto generated with BVN, and the rule is that the auto generated NIN must be modified. Sadly, it has not been possible to do in the country where he lives. Please does anyone know how to go about in Nigeria or any country.
Some suggestions are that if we can contact anyone in the Abuja office , they can help. But he does not know anyone in Abuja. Please can any one help, please.

Not leaving Nigeria very early in life. I should have been talking about retiring from anything work or business if I had left Nigeria at say 23 years of age.
