ayawori: yes I get bt Oke Odo is a Big NO for me. Sanrab to Tipper Garage is more like it, I stay at Unilorin MCS Hostel n I love d environment. I knw pple dat claim to stay on campus bt can't get their mind off parties off campus which in d long run distracts them.

A staff in the ict dept of the better by far institution has told me that the admission process has began and candidates using awaiting results should pray and have a sure connection cus by August 16th,admission processes might have concluded...........I can't just wait for when the first batch will come out..anybody here got a clue?.....my source told me that it's probably gonna come out ending of this month or early August but latest mid August....every1 start to pray on ur admission.......I pray we all get admitted insha Allah....Probitas Doctrina.....Any Economics aspirant here? 1. Does UNILORIN release cut off marks?
Ans: Yes UNILORIN has cut off marks but it's not officially known to the public.
2. What's the Cut-off of x,y,z departments?
Ans: The cut off mark for all departments vary but the general cut off is put at 50.
3. What determines a department's cut off?
Ans: The cut off mark for each department varies with different factors e.g:
competiteveness, performance of candidates, The course itself, Population of candidates applying.
4. What department has the highest cut off?
Ans: well, i can't categorically state that but as for Faculties i can tell u C.I.S,MEDICINE,LAW AND May be Engineering.
5. If i do not meet my department's cut off will i be admitted?
Ans: Sure you will be considered but might be offered another Course. E.G : You chose Computer Science and the cut off is 60 and u scored 55, u might be offered Mathematics, Statistics etc.
7. What guarantees my admission into UNILORIN If i perform well.
Ans: Hmmmm many factors but not restricted to .
1. GOD
2. Luck
3. Prayer
4. Indigene
5. Oga At The Top
8. When will the admission list be released?
Ans: It usually takes a while, so relax, chill and don't give urself hypertension.
N.B: I no be VC PICKIN, so things can change this year but at least this's a clue as to what you could expect.
