I don't know what FX traders are panicking about. Seun clearly stated "forex-day-trading" popularly know as Scalping. Maybe I should expantiate: Majority of forex-day-traders i.e scalpers sees forex as gambling, you'll see them deposit a token with their broker, let's say $10 (N3200) and they'll probably use the highest leveraging their broker has to offer, say 1:1000 which implies that they'll be able to trade with imaginary $10,000 at the risk of their $10 of course, so one wrong trade and their capital is gone, a lot even borrow money to do the above, very few of them do get lucky and as we know the profit is like that of HYIP's.

Its been a good week for me so far,

Here's how it has been,
I told you i was going to start trading by Monday after close to 2 months of break,
well on my arrival, the market reminded me to be disciplined, my first few trades was all hoax
reason was because i did played by the rules.

FYI: IF you are in this thread and you are managing mb, well you are on your own o, because i would be pasting my chart very often but losing and winning traders.

The battle these two days was really though, and in the end it was worth it.

Here are my charts so far, well i'm not a long range sniper like most of you guys that can hold a position for 1 week or 2 years ,
I'm just a noble spartan that faces the market as long as i hold, my duration on trades does not exceed 1 days, average are 4 to 3 hours.

let me cut the long story short,

EURUSD -22 = -22 pips
AUDUSD -42 = -42 pips
GBPUSD -03 = -03 pips
USDJPY -07 + +101 + +43 = +137

One friendly advise to upcoming traders. Learn with 4hr And daily Tf and pretend as if anything below 4hr tf is not on your chart. Our today's Gu and Gj trade should tell us my reasons.

It's easier to chase 6 candles per day, it's even easier to chase 1 candle per day than 24 o4 48 et so on.

How about the certificate? An average human being will take an offline certificate over an online one any day any time. I'm not saying it's not good to learn online, in fact I have a lot of stuffs I'm learning online even in the nearest future, I'll still learn stuffs online but a degree? Nah! Whenever I hear Hell, I'm always frightened and what always come to my mind is how would a loving God with infinite mercy allow his creature who never chose to be created to burn for eternity? I mean this same God knew man before he was born, he knew the ones that'll stick to him and the ones that wouldn't, so why would he still send man to hell?

This has been giving me sleepless night and I practically became a Christian atheist, in fact I occasionally jump in panic, there was even a time I ran from my room to the sitting room in the middle of the night crying and wailing because I was frightened by the thought of hell. . I mean the "are we there yet" phrase, we all know it's peculiar to one person i.e the original naijababe and she's no more active on NL(with that moniker). So why steal someone else's name...ok, that's acceptable. How about stealing someone else's phrase if you don't have an ulterior motive?

I am not a fan of giving ameliorating advises. But you should know market isn't moving as a function of time , rather as a function of price which is in-turn a function of current economic condition and traders emotion. So its not a question of not taking anymore trades until April but if you have a good trading system which you follow..If you do the issue of fighting the market ( in which case you are 95 percent bound to lose ) wont come up...Its a matter of waiting until the right signal shows up and you jump at it.
you just have to keep watching depending on your choice time-frame...with one of my trading system which is my 5 minutes ATM daily trend capture system for example ,I get one or two signals everyday.
So if your system isnt capable of telling when to stay away from trade then it needs a review for optimization.
