The Good News is that after the LSE announcement in January 2024, Serinus Energy SP rose 16%.

Like I stated earlier, I am dropping fact without sentiments. (I am heavy in OandO so don't see my take as trying to put down OJT or OandO). This is LSE announcement of Serinus Energy (SENX) in January 2024. https://www.londonstockexchange.com/news-article/SENX/participation-in-onshore-angola-licence-round/16299502Note the original dates mikeapollo: It is clearly stated in the article that the tender was made public (to the people of Angola) on May24, 2024 and the bidding was held on September 3, 2024. So where is the so called winning bid of Jan 2024 coming from?
We don start again oooo..
The way it is going, even if Wale should go many rounds to impregnate someone right now, some people would say the semen is from Aso Rock! Oando has this cross or burden to carry fr a long time. |

This KON-13 Block had Serinus Energy as the preferred bidder for 55% in January 2024. Today OandO Energy is the designated operator of 45%. The remaining 10% is "still available for award". What happened between January 2024 and January 2025 Stay tuned... GeeKudi: This should be loud. Maybe we can get more info on the block and what it brings to OANDO with the passage of time. |

Without being sentimental, I disagree with your perspective. From the article, it's stated that the qualifications for operator status are financial&technical capacity. As shareholders of OandO, we have no idea of the true state of the organization's financial standing. So there is a high possibility that the presidential phones in Aso Villa and Palácio da Cidade Alta had a recent deal-clinching connection For context, read this article: https://thenationonlineng.net/how-joao-lourenco-makes-angola-dependent-on-west-through-questionable-schemes/mikeapollo: I am not disputing that the name could be of positive influence sometimes, but at least the President of Angola cannot be accused of favouring his nephew (family member) in this award unlike what some people said with the ENI deal.

One thing is certain, FOte doesn't go into a business/venture without getting all available facts. And looking at the bigger picture based on available details, I believe that FOte is out for the jugular. A lot of details will be revealed: right from the exit of Oba and then removal of Awosika plus the Onasanya regime, it is clear that a lot happened in [and to] FBN. I only hope that this 'battle' will bring the wind that blows the dark cloud away from FBN... |

You just paid some school fees... AngelSlay: I’m usually a long term investor but I studied the market these past few days and decided to to some reshuffling to my portfolio. That is, Sell some and back into at some discounted prices. I was in shock when I discovered today that. I’ll try buying oando at 63.5N and these brokers are purchasing it at 65.6 N , when it went up to 69N I tried selling and they sold it at 65.5N because I was using market pricing instead of limit pricing (on Yochaa). I’m putting this out there because it’s very important. They did the same for all my purchases. They can’t cheat you when the stock is stable for example Aradel as there’s only 1 price for it. These are big margins. When I checked my broker’s statements from email I noticed that when you choose Limit price they actually buy it at the exact price . If you choose market pricing they can easily cheat you. By selling the stock to themselves at cheaper prices or buying at higher prices .its clear they are making profits off your trade. So it’s always important to use the limit price and set your own price. Let’s say a stock is 65.50 you can set limit price at 66.00 and you should be fine. If you choose market pricing they might actually buy it for you at 67.5 or even 68.00 big difference when you are doing volumes. I’m glad I learnt that today. We go again next week |

Those are the real MM (Market Manipulators) GeeKudi: There seems to be a well coordinated strategy by some group (maybe a whatsapp group somewhere) to create short-lived euphoria around stocks, one at a time, for some 10 - 15% profits. Once they achieve this target in a particular stock, they abandon it and move to the next one. I really don't know but this has happened in a number of stocks this january against experts' predictictions and expectations.
Make una let the market breathe so we can see the specific direction the market would want to take in this new year, biko. |
