@oga Emma. It looks my betnaija stock get agents for this thread. It looks they released the information on forward looking net asset valuation because of your persistant observation of liability/asset of the company.
I am trying to understand the motive of such information since they are not ready for the whole results.
What I don't know if it is allowed. Is it right to capture 2024 happenings in 2023 account yr based on the excuse given for shifting ground again for 2023 results. I thought it is q3 results that is supposed to reflect the latest events.

1k is not possible sadly because there are only 4 more tradings day on NASD till NGX listing (trading will halt Oct9 and t+3 inclusive of the weekend to list on the 14th), so assuming another 9% plus performance on each day we can see a listing price of ~800. I honestly expect to see some resistance perhaps next week though. #800 is essentially 16k. Those that got in around 4k have 4xed. Won’t be a bad idea for them to take profit

Might get to 1k before listing on the Main Board...

A big threat to Seplat’s expected “bull rage’ after the acquisition is sealed is the 100,000 shares deal rule.
Recall, Oando was a near ‘penny’ stock when it started it’s post acquisition rage. With Seplat there is too much inertia to jump because of that rule. Most times its on full bid for days or weeks waiting for what someone here called ‘divine intervention’.

OandO has been operating in S&P (amendment).

With the complexity of the Nigerian space, I think the downstream of T&T might be more favourable to them...

Makes no business sense to me. Just focus on upstream and if you must dabble into refining why Trinidad & Tobago? Very small market in that axis. You would have to spend top dollar to turnaround the fortunes of the refinery. In fact, further loses are guaranteed in the first few years following the takeover. Looks like a misadventure about to happen.
