In any case I have 2 companies that I strongly believe I will buy later this year. Unfortunately due to my religious beliefs I cannot mention their names before I buy. However I promise to market them like an idiot after I buy. So be rest assured you will hear about them.

Spot on, the supplies will soon hit Zenith Bank after qualification date. It will settle below 90 say 85. MTN is still stubborn refusing to go below 700, sentiment around MTN is very strong with many buyers waiting to take up every price dip.

The exit/re-entry timing and associated uncertainties are the the key reason why some avoid, but I agree that is a very good strategy to make money and build a bigger portfolio, especially if the investor has large volumesof the shares.
Some jijoist were never able to re-enter after selling some stocks which later on made huge gains

I think you completely missed the point. I don’t know why you sold Nascon, it never showed signs of weakness. You probably sold based on price fluctuations, which is contrary to an investor’s discipline.

Now, Dangote Sugar had clear signs of worsening financials, which I pointed out. Selling at 80 and buying back at whatever price it settles at when value returns would put you in a better position.

Anyway, to each their own. Also, it was someone else who posted their portfolio asking whether they should sell (or was it you).

EPS N25.43. DPS 12.76. Planned to pay-out 60% of distributable income. So we assume distributable income was N21.27(84% of EPS)

For FY26
PBT of N1.4trn, using an ETR of 20-30% gives a range of
980bn-1.12trn. Translates to EPS range of N26.8-N30.6. Assuming 84% distributable is N22.4-N25.6

DPS expectation for FY26 using 60% payout of core earnings N13.4-N15.4.

Dividend still strong but might not see a huge jump like last two years. With this the share price should get to N150
