My worry is that all the ELLAH loot will be aggressively deployed to JAPAUL. Our chances of getting our bids filled has probably dropped by half... megawealth01: Jegede should help me move JAPAUL on daily bids till this Friday... I can start making informed decisions before or after then sha 😜 |

emmanuelewumi: There is a reason why we have what is called " blind faith". Majority of us that are religious are culpable of blind faith
We have people who reason/ rational even though they are people of faith. I belong to this group.
Unfortunately majority can be termed gullible.
Enough said on faith and miracle alert from the stock market |

Learning on the job emmanuelewumi: Know when you are investing and also know when you are speculating. Know this and know prace
It is a big mistake to speculate but you think you are investing.
The end result is always bad because one will end up learning the hard way |

This news has not circulated yet. Let's give it the weekend and see the market reaction on Monday... chimex38: Dem say timeline is still on till March 31st.. May not retract for too long if they succeed through other means before Q1.
But it's quite disappointing from them..
They should have combined it like TIP, and other companies.. Hybrid offer.. RI & PO. |

This is incorrect. Average daily units is 7.7m+ (4.9m if we exclude the day of listing) Out of 25 trading days since listing, ZICHIS has only traded less that 600k units on THREE occasions... mikeapollo: That was a managed rally....selling only about 200k units per day to ensure the price gains 10% daily. |

Rhetorically speaking... emmanuelewumi: Ellah Lakes will go back to N6.00.
I don't know the new content that the content creators managing the stock price can do to prevent this from happening

Actually, it's a case of overdoing yourself wrt ELLAH. If they had opted to raise ₦100bn instead of ₦200bn, they would have had an oversubscription which would boost investor confidence but they shot themselves in the foot by not starting the mill... Gold is a different ball game entirely thebargainhunte: How much is Japaul gold wants to raise again? It will end the same way as Ellah lakes. These people have no respect for billion naira. |

ELLAH will likely close on full offer... KarlTom: "Ellah Lakes Plc announced today, February 20, 2026, that its ambitious ₦235 billion Public Offer failed to meet the minimum subscription threshold.
Despite a high-profile marketing campaign and a bullish stock market environment, the company will not allot any shares and will instead refund all applicants..."
While the failed offer is a setback, the commitment to transparency and the ongoing ARPN deal suggest that the “long-term transformation” story is still alive, albeit on a different funding timeline.
