We have developed competence and generated a degree of pedigree in the provision of short/long term car hire services, driver management services and fleet management services We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the company’s growth strategy. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of market dynamics. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Sales: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events. * Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track progress towards sales targets. * Conduct market research to identify new prospects and understand market trends. Client Relationship. Management: * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. * Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. * Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. Strategic Planning: * Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement business development strategies. * Provide insights and recommendations for product/service improvements based on client feedback and market trends. Negotiation and Closing: * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. * Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. * Ensure successful onboarding of new clients and seamless transition to account management. Reporting and Analysis: * Track and report on key performance metrics, sales activities, and market trends. * Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on business development progress and outcomes. Skills: * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong understanding of business development principles and strategies. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to build and maintain professional relationships. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Personal Attributes: * Highly motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Adaptable and open to feedback, with a willingness to continuously learn and improve. * Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Additional Requirements: * Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. * Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape relevant to the company’s market. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Salary range N100,000 - N200,000 monthly plus commission. The company driver’s responsibilities include dropping and picking up staff and guests, deliver items, collecting various packages, and maintaining a travel log to record work hours, travel-time and locations traveled to. You should also be able to perform routine checks on the company vehicle. We are looking for someone who is able to resume as early as 5.30am and work a day on weekends depending on roster. (Proximity to our location i.e Ajao Estate would be a very good advantage.). If distance is a barrier, temporary accommodation is available on work days. Successful applicant should ensure that all transportation duties are carried out in a timely manner. Responsibilities Safely transporting persons or products and materials to and from specified locations in a timely manner. Assisting with the loading and offloading of luggage, products, and materials. Adjusting travel routes to avoid traffic congestion or road construction. Regular cleaning of company vehicle Promptly carrying out logistics assignment of movement of people and goods. Report of all vehicle movement log and other operations related activities. Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing. A good knowledge of traffic regulation and ensure full compliance always Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance. Reporting any accidents, injuries, and vehicle damage to management. Ensure timely renewal of all vehicle papers and permit. Ensure prompt service and maintenance of the vehicle to improve efficiency and avoid waste. Requirements Valid driver’s license & LASDRI. Clean driving record. Sound knowledge of road safety regulations. Working knowledge of local roads and routes. The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals. Effective communication skills.
