It is amazing that a former governor and police officer who raised polygamous family would die Intestate at the age of 71. What was he thinking ? That he cannot die or too young too die ? Or his family know how he wants to share his properties ?

If they are not allowing him to rest in peace, the blame is on him because he has all the resources ( time, wealth and Lawyer(s) ) at his disposal while alive.
