This morning, July 15, 2022, I went to a restaurant today in the heart of Abuja, Utako precisely, to get my breakfast, along with other people, numbering seven. There was a middle age man who was there too, to take his. I don't know him from Adams, but I suspect he is not based here in Nigeria, because he a very clear "oyibo" accent when he talked. He ordered for his and a bottle of soft drink and asked everyone that wanted to order for the drink too, although no one ordered for any drink.

and approached the sale attendant and paid all the bills for everyone in the restaurant. We didn't know this until I wanted to pay mine when the food vendor said the man has paid for everyone.

I was really surprised and glad that there are good hearted Nigerians, just like me too.

I enjoin all Nairalanders and all Nigerians to be nice to their brothers and sisters, regardless of class, tribe and religion. This message too, I beg Nairalanders to be ambassadors of this God gesture by propagating and acting it. Thanks

Please I don’t know the right channel to lodge this complaint. I rented and moved in to my place late last year and I haven’t spent up to a year. Only for the landlord to sell off the place without prior notice or any legal document( quit notice)… And the new owner came and told myself and my neighbors that he wants to build a factory, and so we should start sourcing for another place in one month.. My rent hasn’t expired, I haven’t spent up to a year.. We haven’t been able to reach the former landlord..
I’m scared they may start bringing in their bulldozers to take out the roof over my head in order to frustrate me to move in just a month. No one is talking of refunding me.. I have my receipt and tenancy agreement with me.. But it looks as though that doesn’t matter.. Please where’s the right channel for me to push this further so I’m not cheated?

Hi fellow nairalanders,

I and my fiance were both bankers, I brought her in town and God used me for her to secure a job.

Where I used to stay was a bit further to our work place, so their is another banker guy who has a CR-V Honda car that usually drops her in the morning at her office whom she later became close friends with, although dey do call themselves whenever the guy is about leaving his house to pick up my fiancee, which I was aware of.

However, suddenly I realized that my fiancee WhatsApp chat is always cleared not to let me see their chats which I suspected a foul play, but the worst came last week when I was trying to get my car engine oil and I was approaching her, she was calling the guy, as I near her to eavesdrop on what she was talking with the guy, she quickly ends the call. I got angry that why will she not let me hear their conversations if truly she has nothing to do with the guy. I challenged her but she insisted nothing was going on between them that she had to end the call on my arrival which she has always call in my presence.

I don't want to be a fool as am about to end the relationship, but I guess I need your honest and positive response on this matter why she had to do what she did. I am a very simple guy and I believe every one should have their freedom. And I don't cheat.

I will love to hear your mature opinion on this.
