That's what I am saying. She had no powers. She only had a gadget which could be given to any deranged criminal.

Lol! If you think the gadget is a simple appliance that can just be handed to anybody, you weren't paying attention. She mentioned how her father taught her to communicate with and control the rats. It's not just about the gadget.
Would you take Mr Freeze's gun and give to just anybody?

The suicide squad 8.5/10

finally a DCEU movie worth its salt, everything you'll expect from a comic book movie and more. Seriously this movie delivers, humor, action, twists and payoffs. The only character I wasn't feeling was oddly Harley Quin, I think her portrayal was sometimes over the top, I prefer the cartoon harley quins, this one is just too ridiculous at times. Every other character was interesting to watch, the highlights for me being, peacemaker, king shark, rat-catcher 2, bloodsport and of course MILTON ( RIP )

Milton was a true hero. His sacrifice will never be forgotten.

Don't bother. It is the grandson character played by Chris Evans who was the culprit all along.

Spoiler I'm trying to forget, this one came and refreshed my memory again. Thunder, where art thou?

I shock as I see demonic lamb oo. It reminds me of The Witch'.

Yea, A24 been delivering God tier indie movies these past few years. I would hate anyone to acquire them, cos these people are consistent and deliver a unique segment of movies.

They also produced Hereditary, Uncut Gems, Lady Bird, The Lighthouse and Ex Machina. Also upcoming The Green Knight.

The Green Knight dey my list already. Because I've read the Arthurian legend. But knowing the company behind it is known for delivering good stuff just increased my anticipation.

The Suicide Squad 8/10

James Gunn is a very entertaining storyteller.

The cast was solid. I love a cast where I find it hard to pick a favorite because everyone's just that intriguing.
Waller seems to have softened here. 2016 SS Waller casually terminated a team working under her just to keep things under wraps. Anyways, maybe she arranged an accident for the woman who knocked her out.
Starro was a meh villain sha but definitely an upgrade from Dancing Enchantress.
The dialogue was great. The humor was on point. The action choreography was top notch. And the music was moving.
And Harley even topped her Police Station Shootout from BoP.
Not even going to bother defending this beauty. Just filing all haterz under the same canopy, to be trolled or ignored.
