Pls a good friend needs a Nice Self-Contain Apartment (preferably Tiled) in lagos either Mainland (like Festac or festac Extension/ikeja or other nice places on the mainland........or in Ajah.

But Ajah is preferable according to her. It should be a nice area with water running & electricity too at least...& should not be a Rough area too.

The budget is like 200-250k. She's a young lady relocating from Abuja to lagos oooooo. She no be too much money ooooo so make u no laugh the budget ooooo.

Am moving out of my selfcontain ( bathroom n kitchen inside) @ lawanson surulere on d 20th of nxt month .

I stil ve up to a year rent aval dat wud xpire nxt year , aam moving cuse am on cuse to settle down n neds a biger apartment which I just got now.

4rm d apartment to Oshodi is 70naira
To CMS is 70naaira BRT bus
To Ikeja is 150
To stadium is 50
To ojuelegba is 30naira
To Ikorodu BRT is 120 naira

So this place is @d middle of lag n convinient if u work or wat so ever.

U wil refund me 150k for the rent I ve paid in advance n pay d landlord 6months rent of 75k + a 40k agrement, That means u wil b paying the total sum of 265k for a 1 year n 6months house rent stay.
