goshen360:
Hmm, I think it will then be wise for us to look at percentage of student in this forum that was approved or denied within 4 weeks after initial first denial. My issue applies to larger percentage that are being denied. I don't always rule out luck at anytime as luck might have worked well for your 2 friends on a good day. In my own case, I went for F-1 twice within one month and was denied. I don't hold onto my claim and information at anytime but rather wish some people should experience things for themselves and come share with us. Also, I share my information out of personal experience and took my time to study USA (Immigrant and non-immigrant) visa policies within my 5 years in USA.
Nice idea to give advice and tips but the use of words like "must" and the way you lay them out is, should i say . . . . . definitive or unequivocal. We have to recognize that there might be a million scenarios , all with different outcomes.

Statements like this:

YOU MUST HAVE INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL EXPERIENCE. YOU CAN EASILY TRAVEL TO PLACES LIKE TOGO, REPUBLIC OF BENIN AND GHANA WITHIN THE ECOWAS STATES WITHOUT A VISA, JUST AN ENTRY STAMP NEEDED.
Now this means, if you dont travel out and get your passport stamped before you go for a student intervirew, it is a sure denial which is . . . . wrong.

goshen360:
Anyone denied a visa must wait a least 6 months from the time he/she was denied. I personally advice people to wait for one year. When you reapply within 6 months of initial denial, they see anxiety or desperation in you and hence, they keep denying.
Some people have applied or booked new appointments the same week they were denied and got their visas pn second attempt, so you musn't wait for 6 months or 1 year. The time you have to wait might depend on the reason for your denial.

Pharoh:
You just don't wake up and change your security chiefs like that without careful investigation and analysis. Mr Femi Falana, thanks for your concerned advice but leave security issues to security consultants who are in better position to offer the needed advice.
GEJ should be asking questions and demanding answers from the Security Chiefs. He put them in charge and it is their duty and responsibility to prevent things like this from happening or at least give reasonable explanations as to why it could not be prevented, in the event that it happens. They should also tell him their plans for a more secure Nigeria, but I doubt if any of this is happening, why ? because they were appointed on friendship and relationship basis. GEJ is not a security expert , fine, then he should put qualified and experienced people who know what to do in such positions. So we don't end up with a case of the blind leading the blind.

3. NEVER ATTEND ANY NON-IMMIGRANT VISA WITH UNSTAMPED INT’L PASSPORT EVEN AS A STUDENT APPLICANT. YOU MUST HAVE INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL EXPERIENCE. YOU CAN EASILY TRAVEL TO PLACES LIKE TOGO, REPUBLIC OF BENIN AND GHANA WITHIN THE ECOWAS STATES WITHOUT A VISA, JUST AN ENTRY STAMP NEEDED.
This statement is totally false.

Aaaargh , we're missing Walcott. None of Benny or Rozzay can play his style we need a winger.

I'd say off with Rozzay and Benny stays.

No lele, we are still in control.  Obviously this team is much sharper with the exclusion of Ramsey and Theo, Rosicky n Benayoun are class players on their day.
without Rambo maybe but Theo is always a sharp threat on the right. At a point  Benny was looking for someone to make the run down the right hand side and no one came.

Team in full: Szczesny, Djourou, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Vermaelen, Song, Arteta, Rosicky, Benayoun, Van Persie, Gervinho.

Subs: Almunia, Miquel, Coquelin, Arshavin, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Ramsey, Chamakh.

bbc reports that they cannot be arrested because there are some political undertone in action, but i fail to understand why any political fight will result in the death of any civilian, probably to discredit the election of gej, but that would be to the extreme, it is lame pointing fingers at gej, really lame, there is little that he can do if not to add to the pain of the masses, only God can save!
There is a political undertone like you said and innocent civilians are @ d receiving end; it simply means they are being used as human shields to take the attacks from the Boko Haram end and YES Johnathan as the president has the power to fight his political battles without sacrificing innocent lives. He's just too chicken to do what he has to do, so he is to blame.

Ha ha

Reality check, like he thought the population was just 100,000 before he ran for election.

That is why we have ministers and heads of parastatals. Nobody expects him to be The foreign affairs minister, defence minister and head of SSS at the same time. He should surround himself with intelligent people, put the right people in the right positions and make their responsibilities clearly known to them.
Politics › Re: Why President Goodluck Jonathan Is To Blame For The Insecurity In Nigeria by KayDee4: 12:05am On Dec 26, 2011
GEJ is a weakling and should be held responsible for the reckless loss of innocent human lives.

People keep saying Atiku, IBB, and etc are responsible for sponsoring BH, if it is true and there is enough evidence then why cant Johnathan go after them as the GCFR . When it comes down to the ''come down'' like it has, he should have the balls to step on toes to protect innocent lives, and not give a fawk about the political consequences.

GEJ has the power to adequately equip and control security operatives; he can give the so called northern leaders and governors options to put their houses together and call their dogs to order and if they dont cooperate then he's free to execute and all out assault in these areas.

I see nothing hard in this.

It is either : Uncle Johna knows what to do to end all these senselessness but doesnt want to for his own selfish reasons OR he's just plain dumb and clueless.

Air pollution isn't even recognized in Nigeria. It's such a common thing that no one pays any attention to it.  The pollution that the tires will produce is not much compared to the one already existing.
