healthserve: None of those petty stuffs,we are quite matured and respectful to one another. Just that I have low standards, as I always suggest various low means ways to make money and fend for the family. While we are waiting on huge contracts to come through. |
Romance / My Husband Of 10 Years Says I Have Low Standards... Looking For A BILLIONAIRE by kaykay100(f): 7:37pm On Dec 19, 2019 |
My husband of 10 years says I have low standards... So now I am looking for a Billionaire. Pound sterling Billionaire oooo , nothing less .. I be graduate, a business woman and can triple your money. Here I am thinking I am a humble wife but someone sees it as low standards.I believe in working hard and spending hard too.But I also strongly believe in spending within your means. Some guys believe you spend all you have when you have and not care when the next meal will come from. I grew in a good home,I could afford to buy anything I want to buy.But I am not really a spender,my mum use to force me to buy stuffs when I was a teen. She will give me money and say just go and buy anything. If I had kept friends, they would have used me. I am just humble like that, I appreciate anything you give me. I only complain ,when it is tough and try to find ways out. But my ways are seen as low standards. Abeg, please tell me how to upgrade my standard..... |

orisa37: Hmmm , so why are they called Nigerians? They are Nigerians who became British by living there for long or being born in Britain by Nigerian parents. So my question is, how many British become Nigerians by living in Nigeria for long or by being born in Nigeria by British parents. Not to talk of running for office. |

Absolutely correct. Until media houses start to discuss forward thinking to change mind sets of people. Our people need a lot of Education . Schools as well have a lot to do. Tribalism and Racism full naija well well. But no body want to admit it. [1quote author=abaimuyi post=84872630] I believe it is high time we begin to open up our political space for foreigners who have acquired the Nigerian citizenship through birth or marriage to participate in our national politics. It is apparent that ethnicity has been an hindrance to our national growth and development, however the involvement of people of other nationality will certainly create the window for innovative ideas that will turn around the socio economic fortunes of our dear nation. Inarguably, the Nigerian manufacturing and extractive sector is largely dominated by Indians and Chinese who act as big players in the industry. Similarly, it is an established fact that the team of most manufacturing companies owned by Nigerians are equally dominated by foreigners. Unfortunately, it never deemed appropriate for state governors to appoint these foreign technocrats into their cabinet as Commissioner for commerce and industries rather such public offices are offered to charlatans who recommended by some perceived godfathers. The future of Nigeria can only be transformed until the political space is open up for innovative and creative ideas. [/quote] |

The way people congratulate Nigerians abroad for winning seats as a government official abroad OFF ME. Hope we all as Nigerians are prepared and absolutely Okay for foreigners to start running for Offices in Nigeria and winning elections. They don't need any Nigerian blood in them as long as they can do the job. No problem right?Just asking for a friend 5 Likes 1 Share |

JackOfAllTrades: - Yes I am into tech. Working on being a freelance web developer. Building Wordpress websites using themes. - To get to learn from a tech person and get to grow in the tech world. The best way to do is to network with people who are walking the path. - why should a tech person be friends with you? It is entirely up to the tech person . As for me, I am putting myself out there for growth. And I am sure there are plenty of people looking for whom to mentor. Abere ona ko kin shin na ( Whomever ask for directions will not get lost.) |
