Bro eh I have been in many precarious situations where The "GOD" factor worked miracles. I have been applying to schools for 3years and this time I got admission. Between for those who want to book flights I suggest you try Turkish Airline. If u hook now against December 21 it's as low as 850USD...they stop only in Altaturk then a connecting flight from there to CA

Also to those who went to Canada not long ago how long did the Visa process take all in all and when did u get your visa? A friend that went this 2014 January I don't think it was up to 3monts cos he was denied us visa study permit and he immediately started processing Canada and voila! He got it less than 3months...

Anyone with 1st hand experience of this should pls advice cos I hear the process is quicker than what it used to be years ago. Thank you.

What a great thread spanning over 2years...wow...i read from 2012 till now and I must say that it's really been an experience reading all through. I must commend ifegy and Femmmy and many others for their calm nature in answering some very annoying questions lol. God bless you guys abundantly.

I applied to Memorial 2years in a row and wasn't given admission. Those people way na WAEC lol. I advise anyone applying to MUN to be very careful. I met all requirements for Aquaculture MSc and they ddnt give a concrete reason for denying me.

The thing about MUN is that (cos I have a close buddy over there that did MSc physics) if you are going for MSc that has thesis attached to it you will need to have a strong application and also referral from a supervisor present at the college to ease ur application and possible admission. This task of getting a supervisor isn't easy as I have been thru that process. I'd advise u go for a diploma relating to the MSc u want to do (which is 1year) as it'll afford u a better opportunity to be present at the college and possibly and easily liase with the supervisors there one on one. Doing this from Naija is hard make i no lie una... I mailed up to 25 supervisors, it wasn't easy. But the thing about life is u may never know. My good friend applied 3years consecutively and got a supervisor the 3rd year. He is presently doing his PhD at Simon Fraser Uni after finishing at MUN.

I tried the non thesis route the following year and I still ddnt get it (200dollars wasted Nna me vex ehn lol). But it may work for you cos I made a 2.2. So maybe if u make a 2.1 or 1st class then that non thesis route may work for you.


I got into Niagara College Ontario just 2weeks after applying this year September and I am awaiting my visa hopefully it comes in before my start date Jan 2015.

Femmmy I hear Niagara Falls aint so far from Toronto so if you know any good people that can link me to get good off camp accommodation I would be glad. Surfing through kijiji and Craigslist is crazy lol I would appreciate any links.

I called him this morn and we were a go for the deal. On getting here to unilag his fone is switched off. I have waited here for almost 3hrs now constantly trying his line.

We are nt kids... If u don't wanna transact simply say so.. I am coming from satellite town festac side imagine the trans av had to spend... Its really unfair. Anyhow sha all good. I'd take this as a waste of time. Na house sure like this. Later.

Lacombre I had same issues.... I guess ur fone is tied to anoda offer... Maybe a former one... Mine was tied to my tecno a+ own of 100mb...de still give me till date... I sent dis 500mb severally and it ddnt to... 3days ago I now loaded 5h card on my eti and I saw a message stating my 500mb has been given to me.... Lol... I don flex am enta 200mb sef... D tin is if it doesn't work yet still then try a new eti sim... Na one hand it shd work....

I am d guy that had d back of his fone cracked... There is nothing wrong with the fone..even if I dnt know hw d fone cracked doesn't mean it's bad. U need to watch a YouTube video on 720p quality on ur highest brightness on d zero... Its fantastiic... The only department I have issues with the fone is it beign dis cheap.. They should have made it 35k plus lol. Just kidding tho... D battery isn't so great but I noticed only Internet eg browsing et all drains ur battery esp when on H+ and downloading and all dat... Gaming on the zero doesn't really zap battery life as I have fifa14 and mc4 and gta etc running well on the fone.... I gt a powerbank as well of 20,000mah so dat solves the power issues.


If u wanna buy... Buy... If u feel u shd go for a more expensive fone... All good... We r adults and shd make our decisions.... The guy dat posted d facebook comments and d guy quarrelling with him una get time sha... U guys shd man up and quit all dat childish fight.
