This may sound like a dumb question, but I really want to know; why exactly do igbo people want to break away from Nigeria? I am asking this because the current agitator for Biafra, Nnandi Kanu, in most of his interviews is always saying that the North can't keep on enjoying their oil. And this makes me think...Is the oil for the South Easterners or for the South South people? I have asked a lot of my friends from the south south (both online and offline) and none of them is interested in leaving Nigeria and being a part of a predominantly igbo speaking Biafra. Another reason Nnadi Kanu always gives is that Hausa/Fulani are killing Igbo people. I don't know how true that is. All I know is Boko Haram, a terror group in Northern part of Nigeria has been killing NIGERIANS of all tribes and religions. My argument is...since Igbo people always say they are the most hardworking people in Nigeria (I think this is somewhat true, as I sold CDs and DVDs for about 8 years at a point, and the hustling spirit of igbo people in Alaba always marveled me), then why do they clamor so much for position in the government of the zoo? We all know that even if Fashola becomes the president tomorrow, it won't automatically better my life as a Yoruba man. Most politicians care solely about themselves. So, why can't Igbo people stay with Nigeria, and make their millions from all part of Nigeria as they have always done? If they break free, will they also leave all the parts of the Zoo they have their businesses in? |
247notire:Even if we want to leave the north, we definitely won't be going with you guys...It will be another bad marriage. |
Babzrockman:Come on...which kind of calculation is that one. |
1miccza:Because he became compromised in the end..dining with the thieves he prosecuted. |
HungerBAD:EXACTLY!!! GBAM! GBAMMER!! GBAMMEST!!! |
Zceesneh:lol! Okay. |
queenoflafia:Yea...true. |
EroticAngelina:Okay. That makes sense. |
cruzita:Okay. I hope you are out of church now. |
PrimeMinisterr:Hmm! Great contribution. Thanks for bringing another angle to this. |
Yellowson:Okay. Good for you. |
grad2012:Okay. Thanks for the contribution. I really appreciate it. |
Yellowson:You don't get it...This is not about sex. I guess you have never fallen in love before. |
A lot of people might say the woman, but I have experienced where a guy had to be hospitalized after his girl left him. Yesterday, I saw this guy I had known for many years, and I had always wondered how he made the dramatic change from being a church going fella to a chronic womanizer. So, we got talking, and I noticed the usual spark wasn't in his eyes. The last 5 years or so, I had seen this guy change girls like he was changing underwear. But yesterday, he looked more like a lost puppy than the Alpha male I had always known him to be. Then he started to tell me how he had cried a lot the past few nights. I couldn't even start to imagine my man John crying. He then went on to say he was tired of the kind of life he was living with women, and narrated how it all begun with the love of his life breaking up with him without any explanations 6 years ago. He said he had gone into a deep depression, and the only thing that got him out of it was anger...and he had lived off the fuel of that anger for 5 years...and that was why he had been treating girls like sh&t. I feel women can talk more easily amongst their friends about emotional stuff like relationships and other things of the heart, but men are encouraged to suck it up and never show too much emotion. In my mind, this makes a breakup harder on a guy than on a girl. A girl...One girl had turned my friend to a monster. Now I ask again, who do you think is more affected by a breakup...the man or the woman?

Checkout this picture of Linda Ikeji in her home office of her Banana Island mansion. She said this is actually part of her big masters bedroom. WOW! Nice. http://nigeriancelebritypictures..com.ng/2015/12/pic-linda-ikeji-in-her-home-office.html

nuelzy:Very possible. |
Checkout this picture of Oritsefemi playing with his dalmatian dog, while leaning on his Range Rover Vogue, in his house. Great! I remember when this dude was living in the ghetto. I guess focus and hardwork pays off. His current hit song, Igbeyawo is making him a lot of money, as it is been popularized at wedding, and it gets him booked for a lot of shows. He is currently in Malta for a show as we speak. http://www.pikore.com/m/1130231136372343131_1000705975

CaroLyner:Not really...all the post you have been seeing of her have been pulled from ONE INTERVIEW; the one with Genevieve Magazine. |
sinaj:Thanks for acknowledging. It is not easy typing from magazine to Nairaland...It is not copy and paste. |
Those were the words of Tiwa Savage herself in the latest edition of Genevieve Magazine. She was asked during the interview with the magazine why no one ever heard of her in any relationship before she got married and she answered with... "Even if I was not a Christian, I was never that type of girl. I was a tomboy. My mum used to think I would be gay. I am the only girl amongst 4 siblings, so I used to wear trousers to feel like I was part of the boys. I never waxed my eyebrows and I hated high heels, which I still hate till today. I was never into boys which is probably why my husband has full confidence that the big men flashing money in my face won't faze me." -Tiwa Savage For those that don't know, Genevieve Magazine has no affiliation with Genevieve the Nollywood actress. The magazine is owned by Betty Irabor. http://genevieveng.com/november-issue-press-release/

Harzontorh:Pls can you tell me more about this residence...I really want to relocate to Benin republic, but don't have much on me right now. What about communication? I don't speak French. |
I need to travel there. But why does this article go off point after the first few paragraphs? |
chrisbaba1:Women are just generally selfish and self centered. |
fourlake4:You fuccked. |
fourlake4:Like that's something a Nigerian girl will ever think of doing. I bet even you won't do that to show the love you have for a guy. |
Top 5 Greenlight signs 1. She will laugh at your jokes even if they are not funny. 2. She will playfully hit you for no apparent reason. 3. She will linger around you longer than usual, even if you guys are not discussing anything. Time actually seizes to exist when a girl is truly in love with you. 4. She will often playfully run into you if she is coming from the opposite direction. 5. She will ask you odd and personal questions out of the blue. Like, "How is that your little brother that was in the back seat when your dad dropped you off on matriculation day, three years ago." Or..."Why are you always talking to that Yetunde girl? Her head is big like a lion's head. " lol! |
viktagorion:She is in her room...She never leaves her room. |
oglalasioux:That's exactly what happened. She agreed to fucck one of them for money, and the rest joined the party. She ain't a saint herself...That's why she couldn't report the case. She should go and sleep jor! |
cvibe2:Maybe. I think she followed one of them home because of money, and the rest wanted a piece of her too. She definitely is not a saint herself, that's why she can't narrate the full story. |
AVVS:They won't kill her now... Dons don't operate that way...Maybe next year, you would hear she died from a brief illness. |
krattoss:Thank you o. Lazy people always looking for an excuse for not achieving anything in life. |
sucrekwin:Madam you forget that there are 150 million people in Nigeria... That's about 40-50 million women, give or take. And all those women don't think the way you do. People like and want different things. Just for the record, I have gotten 4 ladies from this post this year alone. You don't have to believe me. |
