I experienced the same thing for sometime. I discovered they debit my acc. for card maintenance twice every month so I went to complain at my branch, they said it was because they mistakenly hadn't stopped charging for my former debit card that had expired. They rectified it though so I suggest you go to your bank branch and make a complaint

its a big lie cos I was told the same thing. How possible is it that they are charging these many people at d same time for old card? Old card that was supposed to have been blocked? I have told them I wont be paying for their people's incompetency. And if they don't reverse those charges, I'm going to be suing them.

Nigerians should stand up for their right and not ignore cos it's a negligible amount. It's simply unfair.
