break dancing was invented by AA, fool |
Most FOB African women period are closet hoes, strait up. Especially the college ones. I've seen it first hand; they act all innocent and cultured when they're around their folks (sometimes), and then when they get around a group of AA guys, white guys and especially Hispanic guys, they turn into "African Girls Gone Wild" with the quickness. ![]() No Lie. And they really cant hold their alcohol too well, since they aren't used to drinking on the regular, so the American guys have caught up on the tip of that all you have to do is get 1 or 2 at the most of some light drink like Alaze in them and they become putty in your hands. They,ll do all kinds of freaking shit with multiple guys and wont remember half of it the next day, or who they even did it with. I feel sorry for a lot of these young girls that get sent over here by themselves to attend these crazy wild ass American colleges. They are easy target, and thus get it the most along with the Asian chicks that get sent over here. As fellow Africans to these girls, yall don't see this shit, because they obviously wont tell you about or show you that side of their life. A lot enjoy living these double lives; it excites them acts as an outlet from the mondain of their constricted lifestyles they were controlled under back home. Over here alone with out their parents watching over them, they feel liberated to do things they've always had inside them to do, yet couldn't. This is especially true for those whom are natural extroverts. |
Yeah, a lot of the FOBS are hoes, strait up; but most of the ones whom are second and more generation here in the US aren't nearly as much so. |
LOL at this trifling Cow. Nice attempt at trying to sound at least half ass intelegent, but you still are showing clear as day that you're little more than a ditsy piece of putrid, trifling trash, fresh out the bush. I can only dread realizing how you must smell of the aroma of a freshly loaded garbage truck, with more hair on your body than your daddy. I see you haven't learned much civility sense coming to this land. Typical of a Yoyo chick. Be gone, I'm done with your nappy arss. ![]() |
tpia.:You slob, don't speak to me spewing your endless hatred. Why don't you at least make an effort at trying to act like a civilized lady instead of a wild ass uncouth jungle bunny all the time. ![]() |
Micheline89, I have a serious complaint to discuss. Why is it that you allow folks on here to bad mouth AA with out any type of repercussion for doing so. Some of the things folks are allowed to get away with in regard to talking about us is very troubling. I think you should start to crack down on some of it. |
As I've said, I and others, like Hero, have proven over and over again on the place that we AA are of majority Igbo descent. When will you nay sayers get that through your heads. We aren't attempting to cling on to anything or anyone in saying this; we are proud of what our people have achieved and become since arriving in this land. We are simply stating the undeniable facts; you can wish it away and or simply deny it, but the truth will always remain just that. By the way, to the person who's said that Igbos hat AA, let me inform you of the fact of that out of of the Nigerian ethnics, the Igbo are by far the most intermarried with the AA population. My wife is Igbo, and I personally know about a dozen other Igbo/AA couples. Emeagwali is married o an AA woman. Most of the Igbo professional sports players here in the US are married and or engaged to an AA woman. I'm around Nigerians of various ethnicity quite a lot, and I've observed very few non Igbo Nigerians who were married to, engaged to and or dating an AA in comparison to the number of Igbo who are. So those who say that we AA are so deeply hated by Igbo, you are very much so mistaken, because out of all of the Naija groups we AA and Igbo have the closes bond in respect to all of the other Naija groups, and possibly out of all the African groups here in the US period. |
LOL at folks getting excited over stacks of mud. I'm sorry, but this is nothing to get excited about; it'll be different if these things actually had livable hollow interiors or something, but no, they're just stacks of mud. I'm not impressed. |
I don't know where my original thread for this topic was dragged off to, so I'm starting a another. https://lh5.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SlDH60TxcYI/AAAAAAAAAUE/OAQU6rwBDW0/s400/19.jpg https://lh4.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SlDH6Woma7I/AAAAAAAAAUU/PT7srau7lYA/s400/17.jpg https://lh6.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SlDH6C4VmWI/AAAAAAAAAUc/tjozqh9HVxY/s400/16.jpg https://lh6.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SlDJ8jWXMfI/AAAAAAAAATA/rtbBf0tr2_U/s512/28.jpg https://lh6.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SlDJ83QageI/AAAAAAAAATE/I4fHY9ZZi0k/s512/29.jpg https://lh3.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SlDTZa5hxrI/AAAAAAAAATQ/pV7DVJzVzug/s400/33.jpg https://lh3.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SlDT5QGdl8I/AAAAAAAAATg/UvB1l1mTdnc/s512/30.jpg https://lh6.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SlDT5aGIOhI/AAAAAAAAATk/_-qbwu3_AEM/s512/36.jpg https://lh6.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SlDT5ny7DJI/AAAAAAAAATo/bC9zVkeVSmo/s400/37a.jpg |
My son is now almost 2 months old and I'm noticing that he looks up at the ceiling and other certain areas of the house with a mesmerized look for a while, and then out of the blue he'll start laughing at whatever he's looking at, and making voices at it as if he was talking to it. I think he sees spirits. He does this all the time, and on a few occasions while looking into a corner or the ceiling or just into thin air, he'd begin crying as if something spooked him. I remember once picking him up after such incident, and waling him away in the opposite direction of where he was staring and he started squirming around in my arms in a effort to get a chance to peak back behind us, as if he was checking to see if whatever it was that spooked him was following us. I told some folks at work about this behavior and most of those I've told said their babies did the same thing. |
slimfine:Well your comment seemed rather blanketed. I was just attempting to obtain clarification. You said that you didn't want to deal with the momma drama, as if all AA men are a bunch of Baby daddies separated from their kids mothers. I was just trying to obtain clarification on what exactly your meaning behind that statement of yours was. |
slimfine:So are you insinuating that ALL Black-American men have kids? |
To whomever has asked; no I'm not Muslim. |
One last pic for you folks. ![]() https://lh5.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SiH8guIBcDI/AAAAAAAAAQM/lHSNKmFfSho/s400/Auggy%20002.jpg |
platinumnk:Actually, the reason that Malik was chosen was because it's meaning matched well with that of August. August means Great. So August Malik combines to mean "Great King". ![]() |
oyinda.:Not a chance. ![]() |
can I kidnap your baby?? Is this a form of complement? |
tpiah:Well, I'm of heavy Igbo descent. But anyway, no I'm not Muslim, though Arabian names are very popular amongst African-Americans of all faiths and economic standings. My mother and father whom are faaaaaaaaaaaaaar from being ghetto really likes that name and so did my wife and I. Its a strong and respectable name. |
C2H5OH:Thank you. I know he will in time achieve that status. To the rest of you. Malik is a nice strong name in which compliments August very well. |
davidylan:Yeah, already few people actually call him August. Most everyone calls him Augie. ![]() ThiefOfHearts:Please, he looks quite a bit like me. My other kids have Igbo names, this one we wanted to be a bit different. |
platinumnk:No. My first two children don't have traditional first names though do have middle names that are Igbo and were given by my wife's parents, though for this child we gave the honors to my parents and they chose Malik. |
Thank you'all for the replies. He's only 3 weeks old and already has grown to be over 10 pounds heavy and over 2 feet long. ![]() |
I'm late in mentioning this, but I just thought some of you would like to know that on Mother's Day, May 10 I and my wife had our third child. It's a boy and his name is August. He measured in at 8Lb 13.5 ounces and was 22 inches long and in perfect health. Here are a few pics, I'll post more later. ![]() https://lh4.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SiH8jChiOVI/AAAAAAAAAQg/Ml-g-4JG3mw/s400/Auggy%20001.jpg https://lh5.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SiH8jimtdDI/AAAAAAAAAQk/Yc4UL4cWoHU/s512/Auggy%20003.jpg https://lh5.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SiH8kD4fZCI/AAAAAAAAAQo/rOax_H5NOuE/s512/Auggy%202%20003.jpg https://lh3.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SiH8kUOgrEI/AAAAAAAAAQs/ccKZu8SV0To/s512/Auggy%202%20004.jpg https://lh6.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SiH8k9Etb1I/AAAAAAAAAQw/dI7lFuB4LVo/s512/Auggy%202%20005.jpg https://lh6.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SiH8laHXE8I/AAAAAAAAAQ0/iVn5XWXeWIE/s400/Auggy%202%20002.jpg https://lh6.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SiH8l0WtGcI/AAAAAAAAAQ4/hNshVIoYemg/s512/Auggy%202%20006.jpg https://lh3.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SiH8majY3LI/AAAAAAAAAQ8/6hBl_R8lL8M/s512/Auggy%202%20017.jpg https://lh5.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SiH8mjn54wI/AAAAAAAAARA/ydJCAg13Syc/s512/Auggy%202%20018.jpg https://lh6.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SiH8naKjdWI/AAAAAAAAARE/toTg8PNjsIY/s512/Auggy%202%20019.jpg https://lh3.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SiH8nhfnPEI/AAAAAAAAARI/To0zHGi2Dng/s512/Auggy%202%20020.jpg https://lh5.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SiH8oeWO6fI/AAAAAAAAARM/rOUUbL7Nqsk/s400/Auggy%202%20010.jpg https://lh6.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SiH8pByMC2I/AAAAAAAAARQ/QXpBhtylneY/s400/Auggy%202%20011.jpg https://lh3.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SiH8iq_rwcI/AAAAAAAAAQc/b1OPkEGmgrY/s512/Auggy.jpg https://lh4.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SiH8iTzlQpI/AAAAAAAAAQY/OpISH2izVqY/s512/Auggy%20008.jpg [img]http://lh5.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SiH8heZKd4I/AAAAAAAAAQU/axcGWVaKI9c/s512/Auggy%20006.jpg]http://lh5.ggpht.com/_Wbc7BDMkVQM/SiH8guIBcDI/AAAAAAAAAQM/lHSNKmFfSho/s400/Auggy%20002.jpghttp://picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/_pHhdVP1tvERfDA5xxxC1g?feat=directlink[/img] |

don't be surprised if he goes missing.
