Democrats mailed in their ballots largely because of Covid 19. Republicans voted in person on election day encouraged by Trump not to collect mail in ballot bbn papers...because he had appointed a postmaster general who was sabotaging the postal system so that mails will be deliberately delayed.

Now on election day...in person votes were counted first and that is why Trump had the lead in those areas, now when mail in ballots started to be counted...it was only natural that Democrats vote will increase because that was the system that may not them were advised to vote with.

If you Are a banker, auditor, business developer, all this social science jobs., engineering, go for professional certification or MBA

But if your intention is to cross to academics... I.e you are interested in a phd.... then u need ur MSc irrespective of your background

I think you are right. These days I feel that professional certifications have more weight than M.sc in the labour market
