Tomatoes farming and trading is a very big business, due to the fact that almost everybody eats the vegetable. In Nigeria, tomato farming is majorly done in the northern part of the country so tomatoes and other farm produce are cheap up north. I visited one of the biggest tomatoes market located at (Central market kaduna ) to know the current price of tomatoes.

You can get a basket of tomatoes now for #2500 now. We spoke to a trader he said the price of the good normally changes but, it's cheaper now. He added that you can get the bigger basket for # 3500.

The trader added that most of the traders in the market are farmers to, if they can get support to boost the business, the price of food stuff will be cheaper.

Battered yam (i.e) Yamarita.

It was my dad that taught us to make this. It is not just a street food, it has upgraded and can be found in uptown breakfast menus.

I need one of this. Not the deep one, the one that looks like a wok pan. I done put am for my wishlist, I go buy am.

OP, advise him to get an IG page. Some younglings do not know where to buy these things and even when they do, they rather buy from the comfort of their homes. Those pots are very good for industrial cooking, they retain and distribute intense heat evenly. Smaller sizes with lids for homes would be nice too.
I will but most of them don't have time for internet

Nigeria government should focus on our own traditional way of making local pots ,they should improve local makers by creating enabling environment, so that investors can come in, to enhance their productions. This pot are exported daily to other Africa countries and the whole world
