you think -45 plus wind chill(that's if you know what wind chill is grin) is like harmattan shey or you think it's room temperature offshore Niger delta...lol. The Nigerians wey dey run from the job with their fingers still intact after some days tell u say dem no like money abi?

Oga Wale, you have a point there you know but people vary in their physical strengths and capabilities too. I feel it's possible though, because people involved in it would possibly adopt some precautionary measures IMO. Other suggestions are highly welcome.

That's not a bad idea. Make sure you don't shoot yourself in the Leg. Make sure you draw out a good plan/blueprint

onos9ice: Hello house. I just got an admission into Memorial Uni for JAN. 2015.
I wnt to know how much will be okay for a SOA. And which route will be best to apply.
And I'll love any further information. THANKS IN ANTIIPATION PALS.
Congrats on your admssion, It depends on the cost of your tuition. But it's advsable to at least have the total cost of your fees in the first year plus $10000 for living expenses and your ticket fare to Mapleland. Paper route need Police report but if you're applying online you don't need a Police report. That's my own opinion

Depends on the industry...anything from minimum wage to $30/hr with plenty overtime (some overtime would double your hourly rate)....
Some of your colleagues in class would be working $10/hr holiday job with alot of stress while others would be working in $30/hr easy jobs with plenty OT hours...

In Canada, information is key!

Hmhmmm..food for thought! Okay bro, the problem is how to get access to such information when in Mapleland. People can be greedy with information you know for selfish interests alone. Sent you a PM bro

saxywale:

PST(Petroleum safety training) and eGSO(Electronic safety orientation) - 1day
H2S -Hydrogen Sulphide Alive-1day
First Aid and AED(automated external defibrillator) - 2days

From the title, you can already deduce where you work with those cert.
These are just the minimum to get in, you would be trained on others like rope access, confined space, monitors, e.t.c for free depending on the coy.
If you have no full time job and just want to work casual for 3-4months starting from may till sept/oct (students break). It's very good.

Nice one bro..Thanks so much. Learnt something new. On the average, how much can you earn per month if your're working during summer breaks full time?

Enform's H2s, PST, egso, First aid and AED

Bro, to be candid. I haven't heard about all these apart from First aid. How do you come about them? Any exams or something and how long do they take to obtain them? Where can you work with them and we 'll appreciate if you can shed more light on the rest. Thanks so much bro

Its possible in my area. you just need about 3-4 certicates that won't cost you up to a thousand dollars..Only in summer though, which falls within school break anyway.

Hmmm, what kind of certificates bro? And what area are you situated?

In fact, if possible... I would advise that he stays off job during school terms. Academics in Canada is not beans. Their citizens dey study wella and not push overs in classrooms. it's best to focus on studies and come out with good grades. I believe jobs should be left for school holidays. The good thing is students make lots of money during school breaks as students jobs are easy to find.

Thanks so much bro but you know how it is. A nigga will also need to make some money on the side. Making academics your full priority

Cufs: Hiiii everyone , please I'm gna resubmit my application any moment from now. I need to know if the following are enough proof of ties
1) company registration doc (registered April 2014, by my siblings and i) showing my name as a director of the company.
2) Landed property document ( I.e. deed of gift prepared by a lawyer which shows that my parent gave me the land as my birthday gift last year)
3) statement of account of about 1m. (Tho bulk of the money came in within 2 weeks, the ballance in the account is usually between 200-400k)
4) reference letter from my dads company where I currently work stating that I intend to come back and resume a higher position in the organisation upon completion of my studies.

Advice pleaseeeeeee, I dont want to be rejected again...

In my own opinion, I think you're good to go but don't make use of document that will complicate your status. Thanks

What documents did you use for your application? So we could know how to cover up the loop holes in your previous application.
