I have been battling with PAGA to upgrade my account to level 3 since 2 days now no luck! Am extremely frustrated with the process. I ve called, tweeted, dm'd and sent mails yet no positive response. How long does it take to verify my address please huh

Just about to pay for IHS and visa fee and the access bank naira card is not working. My friend used it in october. I know it's been said before here on how to use PAGA to pay. Can someone please repost? Thanks

It's just like a visa interview. Questions about career path, why I chose UofN above other schools. What are my accommodation plans and the balance of my school fees and living expenses. Asked me what I knew about Northampton town and the campus too.

Also asked about my UK Visa refusal

Basically a short chat of about 10 to 20 mins. Nothing to worry about. He said UKVI says credibility interviews are compulsory for anyone applying from December.

So just relax and be yourself and you will be fine. Hopefully CASS will be out next week! Fingers crossed.

I just finished my credibility interview for University of Northampton. They said it is a compulsory UKVI requirement for anyone applying from Dec 1. Has anyone done credibility interview recently?

The documents you submitted was for a January intake right? Are you referring to documents for CAS or for admission?

Hello, Has anyone gotten CAS from University of Northampton? Submitted statement and visa declaration form since last Wednesday. Over a week now....no CAS and no feedback. Admission office is not picking calls.

I had the impression it was a 48hr wait....

I asked for a TB test appointment for 2nd Nov in Abuja. They sent a mail rescheduling for 4th. Can I do a walk in on Monday cos I already have time off from work for Monday.

I made the following mistakes: Wrong DOB which I wrote a letter of explanation and the second one is between me and God because it was totally unintentional. Please when you notice any error please write a letter of explanation.

Was it a ban or a refusal? Inegibility doesn't always translate to a ban, it often means that you aren't qualified for the category you applied in.

Your brothers-in-law live with their spouses, your sisters, in the UK, right? Therein lies your answer.

If you don't declare your sisters now, you'll need to do so when you make other applications because you'll need to state all your immediate family members in the UK (and their legal status), your birth country and any other country. Any suspicious change in information in subsequent applications (Leave To Remain) will create issues (misrepresentation and deception) that you don't need.

How do I phrase a US Visa ban on my application? I had a refusal saying I could appeal on the grounds of my ineligibility (whatever that means) Las Las..I was banned basically. How much info is too much on my student visa application? Also, I have 2 brother in-law in the UK. Must I disclose that? What are the implications of not disclosing? cc mimilyrycs

Documents needed for tier 4 visa application

1. CAS

2. Documents listed in your CAS

3. TB test result

4. School fees + maintenance money

(a) £1,265 per month for living costs if you are studying in inner London for the majority of your study (more than 50% of your study time)

(b) £1,015 per month for living costs if you are studying in outer London or anywhere else in the UK, for the majority of your study (more than 50% of your study time)

The money should be kept in your account for 28days weekends included (school fees + maintenance money) ending no more than
31 days before your application.

5. Add your birth certificate if using parents bank statement.

Only your father/mother or legal guidance can sponsor you

Hello,

I am filling my tier 4 visa application. I have been to the US twice but was denied the last time under 221 g conditions saying i am ineligible cos I had my first child in the US in 2016. How do I phrase it when giving addition information on the ban on my application?
