BluePearls: try changing the password and as a last resort do a hard-reset. That should get everything back to normal if all else fails... you could ask walcolm, maybe he has a better idea..

Try changing the password to smtin different and try again

walcolm: You need wifi if you want to update directly from the phone or a pc with Internet connection if you want to use BlackBerry link

Go to settings, software update and check for the available update

Rowybest: my Q10 has a superb pic, I'm so impressed with the camera.

Were you expecting the BlackBerry 10 to add bright sunlight to the car even when the picture was taken when there was no sun out
