Are you saying that some pastors were really called by god?

In my own types of pastors we see around:

- those who by way of their behavior or genetic predisposition (behaves somethings as if they are half-mad) see themselves or the society see them as being called by god.

- those that were coaxed into becoming a pastor by either their parents, guidance or the church)

- those that see the huge money obtainable in such venture, then decided to become a pastor.


- those that are extremists (zealous) in the church, then decided to be ordained to be a pastor.

in the catholic church offertories are collected for diff purposes n are used for d purpose for which it was collected. the normall offertory of mass on sundays goes to d bishop n priest while daily mass offering is for d priest.i dont kniw but i think d diocese contributes to d vatican treasury.
